I was told the warranty was no longer valid since I did not purchase the new battery from them. I had to purchase a battery from somewhere else so I was able to get to work that day. I even asked for a store credit and was denied. The manager told me that the warranty is only good if I continue to purchase batteries from them. I paid $169.99 for a battery that only lasted though 1/2 it's life and was there is nothing they could do. This is very poor customer service and I will not recommend or ever return to Interstate battery again! Update: After talking with a represenative from the main office in IA and the business manager they determined that there will be no action taken for the warranty left on my battery. DO NOT PURCHASE AN INTERSTATE BATTERY...IT DOES NOT COME WITH A WARRANTY!
