PLEASE READ!! This clutch may work great on certain cars, but for a stock BMW 330ci, BE WARNED! Your clutch will be too bulky and have no room to spin, creating an internal wedge that won't allow you to shift. You could end up spending money on every other parts like me (clutch master cylinder & slave cylinder), trusting it can't be Action Clutch, before realizing it's the brand new kit purchased that started it! I got the Stage 3 clutch kit thru Fili. They confirmed the kit will fit my car make/model and transmission. The product invoice even notes it's for my car make/model. In good faith, Fili installed it. However, the clutch was too bulky causing the clutch to hit the teeth of the pressure plate and the clutch would not allow the car to go into gear. Upon realizing this issue, I put the clutch part back in the box so that I could exchange for a less bulkier clutch. My first thought was maybe they put the wrong clutch part in my box bc everything else fit and bc I trusted Action Clutch. To my surprise, Mauricio with customer service tells me that he won't exchange/refund due to it being used/installed but he can give me a deal to purchase/replace the parts. To be very clear, the clutch is not used! The clutch has zero miles on it. Action Clutch misled by confirming the clutch kit would fit my car. At this point, the only way we learned the fitment/defective issue was by attempting to install it. I should be able to exchange for the correct clutch part without any pushback. Apparently they just keep using the excuse that the customer now used the product and it's on the buyer vs fixing their mistake for all future buyers, who will receive no refund or proper fitting clutch in the kit. They must not even want their own product back. Or maybe bc I'm a woman. I was hoping they would be concerned about making it right... but instead, they remove my car make/model from their website as their way of addressing the major manufacturing problem. Still, I have the invoice as proof they promote/sold a defective/cheap product to me. I personally trusted Fili and thought I could trust this company. But after my experience, I'm sad to report that this is horrible business, false advertisement and completely lost my trust and respect. read more

Superior product man... my oem clutch went out on me on my 15+ wrx due to my power level. I looked around a bit and have seen a lot of positive reviews and feedback on these clutches so I gave in and picked up a stage 2 Kevlar clutch and had them resurface my flywheel for super cheap (don't recall how much as it was over a year ago). I'm writing this review now because I've been running the clutch for about 15k miles and I feel it's about time to do so. Engagement: slightly heavier than stock, actually feels much better than oem engagement (which felt like a Honda lol). Longevity: haven't had any issues with it what so ever, it grabs extremely good through every shift and does not let up. Going strong after 15k and no sight of it letting go anytime soon (Even with me making 400whp) I'd highly recommend their products, aside from their product being fantastic, their customer service is amazing. Erik is the man I have worked with over there, and he's answered every stupid little question I've thrown at him without any annoyance. I recently purchased an ACR-0794 clutch from Action Clutch based on the description on their site stating it was capable of "110% INCREASED HOLDING CAPACITY OVER FACTORY KIT". The factory torque rating for my car is 210 ft-lb of torque. If the clutch was capable of 110% over factory, it would hold 441 ft-lb of torque. On the dyno it would only hold a max of 250 ft-lb of torque. So in truth, the ACR-0794 can only hold 10% over factory or a 110% increase. The key words that are incorrect in their advertising are "increased" and "over". In mathematics, when a number is increased by n times of its value, you multiply the number by 'n' and add this new value to the original number for the final result. If you look at their competitor's sites that advertise their clutch as being over the stock clutch, they are less than 100%. For instance McLeod Racing lists their STREET ELITE clutch as holding 69% over factory. This is the correct way for this level of clutch. I reached out to Action Clutch and provided them with the details provided here as well as graphs of the dyno run and they are saying they want to see the clutch to see what went wrong. I explained that nothing went wrong. The clutch performed as it should for 10% over. The problem is with their advertising on their web site. Base on this, I asked if they could help with a clutch that actually met the specifications they intended for the web site, and they would not. I am now going with a Centerforce Clutch (DF522018) as they just list the torque rating flat out (442 ft-lb). Long story short, subtract 100 from the over factory rating on the Action Clutch advertising. read more

I was recommended to try Action Clutch by a friend of mine once my previous clutch began to slip. I spoke with Erik over there and he recommended their stage 1 replacement for my Subaru. Took my prelude in for a stage one clutch and flywheel install and I could not be happier the guys did a great job.
