Won't honor quote. I got a quote with a quote number on the phone for a bumper for 220 dollars and I had the lady repeat the price so I know what I heard. That matched the price for one I found on the net, so since they are local I drove there to pick it up and the price jumped to 448 dollars and they didn't even.have to ship it. I called three more times for a quote on the same bumper and got three different prices. I don't trust a company that does that. By the way, I bought the one I found on the net and it was high quality and arrived from Nevada in two days and they didn't raise the price on me. read more

I spoke to a representative I didn't have an account I tried to open one he said to go online. I asked if he had my part and I gave him year of vehicle model so he gave me a price,then he said if I took my resale number and information he could open my account. I love PAC! I am an asian female driver in LA....you can guess how many accidents I get in... Whenever something happens with my car I come here to make sure I get aftermarket prices rather than paying a higher premium for getting parts at the dealer. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about auto parts. I have had 3 different cars (Lexus, Mercedes and Honda) in my possession in the last 10 years for various reasons and each one has needed some part that PAC was able to offer at a lower price than the dealer. I always go to the El Monte location but I think that they have some other locations as well. My friends come to PAC as well for parts and they love it. I go here often, sales is good but you do have to wait a while at times for your part (20min) after paying. I called and made sure if the product was instock. I called to make sure product was ordered and ready for pick up. I come in... Not ordered & was not instock. Do you have too much money and like to pay a premium for inferior products? If so, then PAC is not the place for you. Playing bumper cars (either by choice or not) is a hobby that can get very expensive really fast. I had the misfortune of playing bumper cars with my family and to keep things from getting awkward at the next reunion, we settled outside of insurance. Because I am not rolling in dough, I had to find quality parts at a reasonable price. The products they offer are much better than the ones i bought for hundreds of dollars more. My only regret is that I didn't discover PAC sooner. If I would've have known the last couple of times that I had to purchase a part, I would've been able to use that money to buy more lotto tickets and would be a millionaire and wouldn't have to buy parts at PAC. I would piss that money away by paying more at some other place for lower quality parts. But what do I care? I'm rich! Since that is not the case, I am having to get the most bang for my buck at PAC. I am able to have a roof over my head and to look my relatives in the eye thanks to PAC! TLDR: PAC is quality at a great price! read more

I have never purchased anything here, but i have a few family members who have been working here for years and it makes me very happy to see that companies still exist who truly care and take care of their workers. Too many companies out there who still take advantage of their workers, under pay them, and show no appreciation for the workers. Im have never written a yelp review before but after listening to my family members of how happy they are working for this company and how they go above and beyond to for their workers made me want to jump on yelp and share this with the yelp community.
