Went in today to get a flat tire repair. Woke up this morning with a flat and what looked like a piece of metal in the tread. Had gone to another named shop and they had nothing available today. Came here and he was able to get it done. Left the tire and went and did some errands. Came back later before closing and they had it patched up. Put it back on the truck and all was good. Come to find out it was a concrete drill bit. Totally worth the hassle and price was fair. I would recommend this place read more

Highly recommend this place!! I walked out of work to find a completely flat tire!! I was able to switch it out for my donut but couldn't repair it with a plug kit, I had a huge drill bit in the tire. I called Mavis and they were able to get me in and out in less than 15 minutes! Called in advance to schedule an oil change. The person gave me a specific time and I was there 10mins early. He initially said it'd be 45-60min wait time; it took two hours. Also, I specifically asked if they offer Mobil 1 full synthetic oil, he replied "yes". Upon arrival, I reiterated I'd like Mobil 1 full synthetic oil, and again the young man confirmed. Upon checking out, and after leaving the shop, I looked at the invoice closely and noticed they did not use Mobil 1, but instead Valvoline oil. Suffice to say, I won't be back. read more

Scheduled an oil change online for 8am, when they open. I showed up just before 8 and they opened the doors right on time. I was helped immediately. I explained that I was told during my alignment, that they would price match the oil change from my old shop. I brought the paperwork with me for their review. He reviewed it, looked at the price, and said OK! I was very pleased. The oil change service includes a tire rotation. I had previously been told in October, that my tires should not be rotated because the wear on the tread was uneven, therefore, rotating them could be hazardous. I thought that was weird, but what could I do? So when the tech came inside after the oil change to ask if I wanted the included tire rotation, I told him that story. He understood and said he would take a look before removing them. Well, in the end, he said they went ahead and rotated them, there was plenty of tread, yes it was a bit uneven in the wear, but he hoped that the rotation would give me more life from my tires. I really appreciated that because more life means I won't have to replace them sooner than later. Every bit counts in this world, when things are so expensive. I was grateful. My appointment took a little while longer than they expected. There were three of us waiting at 7:55am for the door to open, and soon after, 2-3 more customers came in. So the place was busy. The employee apologized for it taking longer than expected; they say most appointments are in and out in an hour. But I was not complaining - especially when I saw that not only did they price match my old shop oil change paperwork (for which i had a coupon!) they actually BEAT the price. So I had a full service oil change with tire rotation and battery check and all their other checks, for $43! Now, I realize they said they would price match the first one. So the next one might not be as good of a price, but they said the oil change would be about $52. That's not terrible. Yes, valvoline 15 min oil change is cheaper (about $47 when you have a coupon), they do not do all the other things AND they always try to upsell you on a filter and power steering and other fluid flush services. So, depending on what kind of experience you would like to have, or what kind of time frame you're in, both have their pros/cons. I like this online scheduling system. However, I will probably call when I need my next oil change and see what their pricing is. I don't drive this car every day, so it would be prudent to see if prices change. Bottom line: Service here is excellent. Honest guys. Good work. Great prices. read more

Apparently they also service Lamborghinis and other high-end cars, but were just as friendly and professional with my Kia.:) Unusual, they also will rotate your tires with your oil change which was a nice perk. read more

Great service and venue. I called 15 min before walking in and they checked me in quickly so I could Uber home and wait in AC. I liked that the office was clean and the parking lot was not cramped. I figured I would kill the 2 hour wait by getting my oil changed in my truck. Made the appt for 1pm but showed up at 12:15, asking if they could at least get me dont by 2pm. The gentleman that helped me said "yeah, it will be close or right at 2". I was good with that. Went next door to Home Depot to kill some time and low and behold my phone rings @ 1:15pm and it was them telling me the truck was done and ready to go! Took my car to Action Gator for the first time as I had a screw in the tire that needed to be removed and then patched. Being familiar with basic auto stuff I was concerned that the screw might possibly be too close to the edge of the tire to accept a patch and since this was an expensive, newer tire all I could do was hope for an honest assessment from the rep. Nick at the front counter took a look and acknowledged that it was close but not quite to the point of being unrepairable. Whew! I could see the shop was very busy and wasn't quite sure what to expect, but Nick said to give him a couple hours and he'd have it done, so that I did. When I returned it was repaired and ready to go. I sure appreciate Nick's honest assessment and the repair of my tire instead of BS-ing me into having to buy a new one, and as such he just turned me into a new and returning customer for the business. CROOKS!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Took my car in for an alignment. $10 off coupon, Nice. Got my car back and found oil fingerprints all over the interior PEATY THEFT!!!!! No employee needs pull down my sun visor or rifle through my glovebox for an alignment!!! THE ALIGNMENT I PAID FOR WAS NOT DONE!!!!! I have been here on multiple occasions but this is the 1st time I'm gonna put them on Yelp because I did not have Yelp in the past. their tires are extremely reasonable and Affordable You can set your appointment online and pay a $25 fee to reserve. which means you can choose the tire you want and there's no haggling at the counter or upsale Having been here on multiple times they would never try to upsell you anyway they actually try to save you money which is unheard of in any type of automobile repair shop. One of my past experiences I had insurance on a tire and I hit a curb and blew the tire out. I went to this store and although I was 5 days past the expiration of the warranty they fixed the tire for me anyway at no cost. How can you beat that. The repeat customers and specifically, the women who feel safe as return customers should tell you what you need to know.
