    Chip of my car wrap

    I had high expectations visiting the Hyundai headquarters, especially considering its prime location--but unfortunately, the service experience was far from what you'd expect from a flagship dealership. From the moment I arrived, the energy felt off. The staff looked drained and as if the joy had been sucked out of them. No warm greetings, no smiles just a very dry and dull atmosphere all around. My service advisor in particular was not really pleasant; his attitude was flat and uninterested, making the whole interaction feel like a chore for him. However, the morning shuttle driver had a better more pleasant attitude. Staff should take tips from him on having a better attitude especially that early in the morning. Communication was another major issue. Good luck trying to get back in touch if you happen to miss a call from your advisor, no call back or communication after. And don't expect any sort of transparency or professionalism when it comes to documenting your vehicle. There were no before photos of my car provided, even upon my related issue of my wrap paper coming off on the driver side. I was told I had to wait for the director of service to review it. So I guess if the service advisor can't seem to identify the before photos taken the director of service definitely would right after he's taken lunch and left for the rest of the day. Their time seems to be more precious than their customers. If you have a wrapped car or any custom work, be extremely cautious. You may not get your vehicle back in the same condition, and there won't be much accountability from the staff or even the DIRECTOR of service. It's disappointing because the facility itself is in a great area, but the service experience was soulless and lacking in even the most basic customer care. I won't be returning! FYI- Don't expect your review to be posted from the link texted directly from their company asking to review them!

    I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

    Decided to come here after going to three other car repair shops to get my Ac fixed and everytime…read morethey ended up not fixing the actual problem. When I brought my car in and I told him that this was a repeat problem he did a deep look through and replaced parts of my AC and I haven't had a problem with my AC since. I am so grateful. Please check these guys out they really do care about their work. I will be using them for all my car services in the future.

Instead of checking the coolers or looking in the back, he immediately responded dismissively by saying that if it wasn't out on the floor, then they "must not have it." The interaction came across as unhelpful and discourteous. We completely understand if an item is out of stock or unavailable, but we still expect customer service to be respectful and professional. We wanted to make you aware of the experience because it was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service we would expect. The cashier on the other hand was very helpful and was willing to go look, but unfortunately had a line of customers, and we advise that we appreciated the gesture.

While fueling up, I looked up RaceTrac and it looks like it was started way back in 1934 by Carl Bolch Sr. in St. Louis, Missouri. It has since expanded to over 550 locations throughout twelve states in the southern United States. I have never had any real issues at a RaceTrac and it is one of the brands that I woukd pick over other brands. All in all, this was an overall positive experience and I would recommend stopping here if you need gas and maybe something from the convenience store (or maybe a bit of both). I will give it an overall rating of four stars.

    Do not listen to Carlos or Renaldo. Deceptive salesmen who could not take no for an answer. Carlos…read moreoverall is predatory and doesnt know how to do his job and instead made me feel like we were at a bar and I was forced into a conversation about my love life. Thats when he got his first no. Heavy breathing and couldnt take no for an answer. Im young and know my own budget, when Carlos said he was helping me, I could smell that salesman breath. Taking a car for a small ride shouldnt mean being bombarded, lied to and overall manipulated into a car I did not ask for. My 2018 was getting serviced and then the salesmen over serviced me. After a ride we got numbers and then Carlos received a second no with me happily walking away. He stops me and asks to wait to talk to somebody whos going to, "help." Woof. My car was being serviced so Carlos had me by myself and brought along the sales manager Renaldo, because Renaldo had to find out why I was walking away. Renaldo had to SAVE Carlos from losing the sale and when he came to talk to me, lied and insisted that paying off my car would only harm my credit. Closing lines of credit is bad for you. Lie after lie. Carlos got a total of 3 nos, with the final being with his sales manager who "had to come in to talk to me." Pushy. I shook the sales managers hand, said no thanks and thank you for the hard work (all of their numbers were no where I asked them to be) and finally left the chaos. Or so I thought. Renaldo got that one no and still ran to Toyota financing behind my back to find a "better number." A lack of respect and pushing of boundaries, I was lied to again saying the number I saw also covered gap and maintenance. The repeated lies that I was harming myself and their predator tactics worked. I was exhausted, alone and after saying no three times, they insisted I was in the wrong. Well I was in the wrong, for ever listening to them. Congratulations to Carlos and Renaldo who go their first sale of the month of May 2026, off a 24 y/o college student who said no 3 times and about a year and a half away from paying off their first car. Adding double the payoff price of my previous car on top of the sticker price adding 7 more years of hell to pay off. I left feeling heavier after the finance manager told me the number offered had no gap or maintenance. I had to add that in myself after falling into the bears trap. All their overbearing nonsense finally made no sense to me. They "happily" bought my car with only 7k left without happily telling me that it would cost me 14k on top of the sticker price!!! Vicious intent and lied the whole way through. "They would do the same for their daughters," boy their daughters must be unlucky cause I sure was. At the end Carlos offered to take a photo... with his phone and then insisted to keep it without sending it to me. Weird. I had to ask him to take a photo with my phone, I really dont understand why he needed that photo of me. Oh back to the beginning, his first no was due to his heavy breathing flirting. He could add the photo on this review because Im sure he still has it, I fixed my budget but boy they through a wrench in my life. Working a second job to pay off the car under 5 years cause I still have goals that Carlos and Renaldo wanted to harm! These guys have no interest in helping anybody other than themselves.
