In the end, I decided to think about it before purchasing one (turns out later, best decision I made all day) My glass measuring cup is in storage & I find it cumbersome so I bought a lighter version (2 cup). Happy with my purchase. Hubby bought his item separately & let me roam the aisles. Highly recommend this store. Such incidents happens twice to us and the cars were filled with flour because of the broken packages. I am sure their loader work with a lot of anger with limited time given. Also make sure they charge you correctly because they can always claim that they made a mistake so they can run your card again after you left their facility without letting you know upfront. They often let people cut in front of you because they know the person better or speaks Cantonese. They always take a phone order when they are in the middle of your transaction. It doesn't make sense but they do. I guess they are doing that knowing you are not gonna leave so they need to secure another order. Please don't expect any smile since they always look angry with bad attitude, they won't respect you as a customer or a decent human being. I don't know if the owner is paying the staffs right since you always get what you paid for. You'd be amazed how can their business operate. We were speechless every time when we had to deal with them. Thanks God there are other supply stores. I don't even know how they deserve this minimum one star given by the system.

The acctg dept, on the other hand, is just after the all mighty dollar. I had a problem with payment with our last order. I called 3 times and sent 2 emails, still no response.
