Dropped off truck for service, 2 weeks later come to pick it up, pay for it and start my drive home and realize nothing had been done at all. So I had to go back and now wait 2 hours for them to do the service I'd already paid for. 2nd time they installed a faulty oil filter. It failed in my driveway and made a complete disaster of my driveway. Simply asked for someone to come out and help clean all the oil off my driveway and just got the run around. Needless to say, they are completely incompetent at servicing a vehicle or their customers. Will be driving additional hour for more trustworthy shop.

He told me that they did not have time to run a diagnostic on the electronics but they would get to it the next day and the cost would be $140. "Did you test the battery?" I asked. "No but we will when ready we run the diag on the electronics. The battery test is included." he answered. Then I asked "Why run the diag?" "Because the car wouldn't start." It was logical to me that a simple battery test would be the first thing to do. Josh had ruined my trust it was obvious that he was trying to scam me. I'm finished with Arbogast. I found what I was looking for in Lansing, Mi. Arbogast said they could bring it down and I could buy it from them. A week went by. They told me they were working on it. Another week went by - then I was told it was sold. So I contacted the Lansing dealer and bought it from them. So much for Arbogast.

Then speaking to another person in the office and her basically telling me that she didn't understand what I didn't understand after asking a question. I called my insurance company and told them I was taking my truck somewhere else. I am very saddened by the lack of customer service. It is apparent that they have enough work and won't need my business but I truly couldn't believe the way the talk to people. Not everyone is familiar with the way things work in this type of industry and while your not always helping people customer service would have gone a long way.
