Whereas in the past, I have had car repair shops do whatever they pleased and charged whatever they want. Nothing was done until I gave permission, which deserves absolute recognition. When it came to pricing, I was pleasantly surprised given the fact that Volvo, even as old as ours is, still falls under the category of "European luxury" normally with very high repair costs. The actual cost of everything fell below the national average for the job. They made an almost 80 year-old Vietnam veteran very happy and he was very pleased with the work they did on his Volvo XC90. Think the entire process took about a half hour, so I left to eat but they let me know if it was going to take longer or that it was ready! They offered snacks and drinks while waiting.
