Just awesome work. I was given an estimate by Pines Ford for a total of $3,100 to fix my catalytic converter. Caribe told me it was the heat shield making the noise and they fixed it. No longer "Caribe Muffler" now it's "Caribbean Muffler". Use to go when it was "Caribe muffler", apparently they changed owners. I called and asked for service and got the "we'll see when you get here" runaround (typically this runs about $40-$60). When I arrived, I was greeted by a long haired high schooler whom without even looking at my car told me "$100". This was a bug difference from the "we'll see" and the "it depends on the car" approach. This shop seems very unorganized and very unprofessional, my advice...get it together. read more

thieves!!! tried to lie to me and sell me fake mufflers.. claimed to be flowmaster and they were a no name muffler and tried to charge me the price for the original product. saying they use those because its cheaper but they are made from flowmaster! liars! they tried to play me for a fool and i caught them red handed. they then tried to tell me to come back another day and they would put the correct one.. basically so they could go across the street and buy them and mark them up.. which is what they auto parts place told me they do! i was in shock luckly im not an idiot! dont ever use these thieves!!!! read more

Even when I when 3 times to the shop and I consider my self a loyal customer they told me a price when I called and them when I show up they wanted to charged me more, the installer this time was new, a Cuban sir very rude saying that's the only way it could be done if I don't want it I can go he said, ok I went to a different place to correct this issue and yes they did, so no care for the customer even when they knew I went several times before nothing, ok. Like many reviewers said, this is a great muffler shop. My RAV4 exhaust is severely corroded and the dealer quoted close to $2.5k for the repair ($1500 for parts and rest labor and what not). Javier took my car in, looked around and said only the muffler needed to be replaced. He was honest, courteous and professional.
