First time coming in, came as a walk-in. They were very polite, greeted me right away. Someone took me and although he was nice, he completely botched my haircut. The two stars are because they were nice. Haircut is a zero. He rounded and thus ruined my hairline on the back of my neck, cut me multiple times I'm not sure if his tools are dull or what. But what REALLY frustrates me is I was VERY CLEAR about what I didn't want, and he did exactly what I asked him not to do. I asked him to correct it and make it all one length and he did in the front, but the back I didn't realize until I got home they he didn't follow my part or try to clean it up at all! I have a part going back and he left patches of uncut hair and completely ignored the part! I had to get scissors and fix my haircut myself to the best of my ability. Then grow my hair out for 3-4 weeks so that I could have a REAL barber fix it. I would never go here again. Not even in an emergency. read more

Barber shops are supposed to be the place where you go to chew the fat and talk freely away from the current sensitive "I'm offended" trend that's been going on in America. Sal was my barber and he did an amazing job when I told him what I wanted. But to be honest, I wasn't even sure what I wanted my hair to look like but he did and he gave me that. I recommend my barber Sal; he's been consistently cutting my hair for many years, although all of the other guys are great too. Super uneven haircut and now I need to go somewhere else to get it fixed which means my hair is going to be super short. Also, who wants to be facing AWAY from the mirrors when they are getting a haircut. Had I been able to see what was happening, I may have been able to tell that she decided that half my head didn't need to be cut. My hair is thick so it was difficult to tell once I saw myself in the mirror afterwards, but once I had washed it I realized that the front right of my head has long hair and the back left has short hair now. This is barely salvageable, but at least it will grow back in a month. I will not be returning. If I could give them zero stars I would. read more

My son came here and got his hair cut by Chino. I highly recommend him. He had a lot of patience and took his time. He did such a great job. His skills are on point. My son has a few swirls on his head and a lot of barbers can't seem to tame them. Chino got the job done! Love this place. Has great vibes and all of the staff is very friendly. The best barbershop I have ever been to, hands down. I went there with my kids as a walk in. Wait wasn't long at all. The gentleman that did our hair were amazing. Louis did my 4 year old. Fernando did my 2 year olds- which was not easy at all. He started to cry and squirm because it was only his second cut. Fernando was patient and helpful. They put on pj masks, another guy (I'm forgetting his name at the moment) gave him his phone to watch baby shark on YouTube lol, got him a drink of water and tissue for his nose from the crying. The level of personalization and care was incredible. The detail in the cut, the customer service made it feel like we were family/ friends- yet it was our very first time there. The gentleman that I'm forgetting his name at the moment did my 17 year olds cut. Did such a fresh cut. We are customers for as long as they are in business. It's only 10 min away from our house too. Wish I had known about them sooner! They have big screen TVs, a Ps4 to play video games while you wait too. Also at the end of every cut they have a massager for your shoulders, it's like the hypervolt machine that the athletes use. Impeccable level of service. Everyone needs to be coming here.
