I wish I remembered the employee's name, he was the only one there on a Sunday morning, but he was excellent. He helped answer all the questions we had about our fishing trip to Castaic Lake for the first time. He showed us all the recommended baits/lures/tackles, educated us on different casting setups, and took the time to show us how to efficiently and effectively tie everything together. With his recommended products and setup (that he helped put together) on my daughter's toy fishing pole, she caught her first fish (bass!) within 10minutes of being on the boat.
