Randels Tax Service requested additional documents. Those documents were provided as requested. 2) No follow confirmation was provided to me via email or phone. 3) I made numerous contact attempts via Randel's current website, and business card information in an attempt to get the current status of my 2025 tax filing. 4) No Response/reply via email or phone. The same attempts were made by my spouse which lead to the same result I experienced. 5) Additional calls and emails were sent. I finally get a call with a person that identified themselves as worker Randels Tax Services, stating they needed additional documents. 6) I explained to this same worker person that the documents they are requesting had been sent a while back. However, we will send provide the requested documents again. 7) I verbally requested confirmation via cell phone or email of receipt of documents received from me or my spouse. Again negative results. 8) As of April 25, 2026. My spouse or I have not received any information or status from Randels Tax Service regarding our 2025 Tax Filing. 9) As an effort to understand why we haven't been able to communicate with Randels Tax Service, my Spouse and I drove to the location list on their current website. Which clearly states the open and closed hours. We arrived at their location at approximately 11:15 am. The outside doors to the office were closed. Subsequently, leaving another un- returned voice message. 10) So disappointed! Additionally, Randels Tax Service still have several current documents relative to 2025 tax filing.
