I walked in with my car keys thinking it would be a quick and easy swap. The blonde manager also was rude and asked me "well what do you want me to do?! You want the shoes for free?" They had one older lady running the entire self check out and front of the store by herself. No lanes were open, so everyone had to go to self check out. I could tell she was overwhelmed and it wasn't her fault, but I had to wait over 20 mins to even get her attention because she had so many people to get to. Again, this isn't a problem on her, but should reflect on lack of poor management and staffing. It's summer time now, so I'm not seeing how they only have one person running the entire front of the store. It's not fair to them or the customers who have to wait just to be noticed for help.

The sales consultant that helped him confirmed that when the suit came in, it would be all black as they did not have it in the store. We went tonight to pick up his suit for our wedding THIS Friday, and the suit that he was given/was ordered was gray. The suit now needs to be reordered in the proper color with the hopes that it comes in in time. We were also given the incorrect gray suit to take home and then bring back to exchange for the correct one?

This is a shop of hundreds of different, small crab the own businesses by individual people to help raise a awareness of small business. Other than that, I don't really see much of anything down there. They did put an apartment complex in which probably helps bring some business into the mall itself, but I think it would benefit from a grocery store of something Not necessary like a big store but something that's going to take and make people aware that the mall is still there and still offering services to people.
