That is not the end of the world. If they will not service my RO filter, I can always build a home brew water still. Then I will not be dependent on them for an unobtainable fifty-cent O-ring. Too bad, the RO system was pretty good at removing 90% of the dissolved calcium from the tap water.

I just moved into a brand new house so I had the plumber under my warranty check it out but they couldn't figure it out. I called these guys and they said someone would come by and they never did. I ended up following up with my development plumber because Superior said they would charge me to come out. Then I got charged by my other plumber because they figured our what Superior Water did. The manager Louiea seemed to want to help me, however they kept saying they would come and after a few no shows they finally came and fixed the issue. I ended up going with XC skis cause of the low price to entry point. I'm glad I didn't read the negative yelp reviews before going here, as I found the shopkeeper to be very honest . I did buy one pair of ski pants that were a little speedy for me, but I'd rather support a brick and mortar from folks with good values that eBay or Amazon . I do need to point out how great they are at assisting folks even when super busy. When I came in there may have been 30-40 shoppers in the store, they assisted everyone with the same enthusiasm and professionalism. I'm also new to skiing and asked at least 50 or more questions before my purchase, they never became testy, short tempered or irritated with me. And the shopkeeper knew so much about skiing. Our home has radiant floor heating and the system's 50 year old boiler broke. I called half a dozen…read moreplumbers before finding one that works on residential boilers. Rob, the owner, was very upfront about the difficulty of the project and even called in an engineer to ensure that the proposed replacement boiler would be sufficient. After the boiler was replaced, Rob contacted me to check on the system's performance. There were a number of issues that had to be resolved before the system was at 100%, but the folks at Goodson Plumbing were always ready to respond and fix whatever needed to be addressed. I would recommend Goodson Plumbing without reservation. All of the staff were professional, courteous and competent. It was a difficult project but Rob and his staff made it tolerable. I should also add that the project cost was very reasonable based on estimates I received from commercial boiler companies that don't normally work on residential boilers.

Water heater stopped heating water. Called Goodson and they sent a technician out. He determined…read morethe thermostat was faulty. He found one, went and got it and installed it. Water heater working again, very happy. After taking a shower and making dinner and doing the dishes, my wife and I decided go out to the garage and check out the water heater. Upon going into the garage we both smelled a very strong odor of gas. We opened up the man door to get some fresh air into the garage, no way would we use the garage door opener, that could have caused a explosion. I remember the technician was using a pair of channel lock pliers to tighten some of the gas lines. I even questioned his choice of tool to tighten a gas line. His response was the gas lines dont need to be to tight. Well, they need to be tight enough so as not to cause a gas leak. I got out out a crescent wrench and started to check the tightness of all the gas lines. The first one and second one were ok, but the third one was lose. This is the one that feeds the burner. It took about one whole turn before it started to get tight. After I tighten it up, no more leaks. Usually I do this kind of work myself, but the water heater was under warranty. I did not have to pay for the thermostat but I did have to pay 250.00 dollars for a substandard and dangerous install. The last thing a person wants is leaking natural gas in your garage or anywhere else. I called Goodson plumbing and talked to the receptionist? and she was very understanding and apologetic. She said she would talk to the technician and the owner, Rob, about this. Never heard anything from Rob. One would think that because of the serious nature of this, a gas leak from using the wrong tool to tighten a gas line and causing a gas leak, that the the owner, Rob, would have called me and let me know that he has talked to the technician about using the right tools for the job and this would never happen again. And maybe a partial refund of the installation since I had to finish the job.

Only to be told later that it was "canceled" due to some so-called inventory mix-up. This is completely unacceptable. Once an order is confirmed, customers should be able to trust that the company will honor it. Canceling after confirmation shows a serious lack of organization and respect for your customers' time and expectations.
