The workers who originally helped me wouldn't even tell me what happened, acting like they couldn't talk to me, they waited until another front desk worker came out to let me know. I tend to be pretty understandable when it comes to low skilled workers like that, but they seem to care more about the inconvenience your presence causes, rather than getting you easily accessible life saving health care. That type of rudeness and attitude doesn't even belong in a McDonalds, let alone a public health service. OC is in a really bad spot, health care wise, if the people on the front line are that rude and unhelpful, I emplore the higher ups here to fire the sti treatment front desk workers, and hire people who actually give a damn about the health of this county, and have the communication skills enough to actually assist people, not throw them to the side. I pray that those workers and their families NEVER have to have their life saving treatment behind such gross and rude people. When they say they are going to come they show up no issues. They show great concern, are available for questions by text and have aided in the recovery of my husband not getting an infection and in care of my mother with multiple health issues and falls. My mother is 91 and also has bath aide with Yolanda, this has been a huge help to me to have this assistance twice a week and has take some weight off my shoulders. She is so very kind and patient with my mother which is beyond wonderful. We have had Stan for PT for both my husband after surgery and my mom after falls and he is OUTSTANDING, compassionate and keeps my mom laughing which helps her spirit. If we need PT we always request Stan! My reason for only giving 3 instead of 5 is NOT the Nurses, Aides or PT it is SUPPLIES - they take months and I have to purchase supplies out of my own pocket then the supplies show up 2-3 months after ordered and WRONG things come, not even what was ordered. For example my husband had foot surgery and supplies were ordered by Jill, followed up at least 5 times and finally THREE MONTHS later they show up and there are multiple things never ordered in the box. In the meantime to avoid an infection I had to purchase supplies. Our recent order for a fall for my mom Jill placed an order on 07/10 and today is 07/22 - NOTHING - multiple follow ups by Jill and Maryann and still nothing. I am not sure why it takes so long for the supplies that are urgently needed for treatment to stop infections. If it is the company Bryam then SWITCH - but this has been an issue for over a year and is very concerning. I have spent hundreds of dollars purchasing supplies that either show up months later or never show up at all. My insurance is being billed for these supplies, but they show up LATE, if treatment was held off waiting on these supplies my husband could have lost his foot from infection. Bryam has a 1.1 rating which should tell you all you need to know about this company.

I spent countless hours calling the recruiter and management to check on progress and I never got any answers, occasionally the manager would get on the phone to tell me how difficult it was to find a nurse or LVN to hire... The last agency we worked with actually discharged us after 8 months of my persisting calling, claiming they just couldn't find any candidates. That the reason why I was TRULY AMAZED when we switched to Avery! In a matter of a week, Drew came to meet our family, nurse supervisor Stephanie did the assessment and a week later we had an evening nurse who was wonderful and is now a personal friend. Drew has been very proactive and caring in the past two years, successfully finding potential LVN's to help my daughter and being responsive and professional handling all my messages. What a difference! Being a parent of a severely disabled teenager doesn't really leave a lot of time to spend chasing people down for an answer and babysitting the process. That is why I really appreciate working with Avery and how they really support our family. In fact, I just found out that my good friend is also working with Avery and she is also quite pleased. We had always complained endlessly about the previous agencies and now we find ourselves sharing good reports. Stephanie, the nurse supervisor who we see monthly, is very professional and caring. She is attentive and very detailed in her assessments. We really enjoy her monthly visits. I highly recommend this agency that has been such a blessing in our lives.
