I have been working with attentive since I finished My CNA in June 2019. Everybody who works there are very helpful, and friendly, and they treat their employees like family. They always try their best to give me the amount of hours that i need. During this pandemic they always try their best to keep their employees and their clients safe. They always gave me clear information about the clients before hand, which makes it easier for me to work with new clients. I truly love all the clients that i work with from attentive, they are all very nice people. Overall i feel like everybody who works at attentive are very professional. In response to your answer to my Mothers review (below): I am not sure where you are coming up with these comments of other caretakers you are posting to my Moms review and that Kimberly raced him to a hospital that is just false. If that is in your so called incident reports at your company no wonder you aren't aware he fell. Kimberly never raced him to ER! My father was taken by ambulance for the possible seizure, which was never substantiated and we are grateful that she called us first and then an ambulance. He did not fall from it and just had some shaking while sitting in a chair. You sir are the one who is confused and should learn your facts before posting! Kimberly is a very nice girl but unfortunately did not have the experience to work with a high risk fall patient or dementia. As far as his fall when Kimberly was watching him we had a painter at the house at the time who had to help her get him up after he fell. I have discussed it with him multiple times as well as Kimberly who explained what happened. We have phone records of Kimberly calling my mom after he fell to let her know he fell and he was taken immediately to urgent care when my mom came home. He was in so much pain and xrays were done right away with a medical report of the incident on that day. Kimberly also told me she notified your office of the incident. We have no ill feelings about Kimberly, she was absolutely a sweet girl and we enjoyed her tremendously and do not believe she lied saying it didn't happen as you are saying. You are fully aware why it took a month as you are stating in your reply before talking to my mother. You never returned her call after she asked for a call back until she did the yelp review. Our cause of anger came from the woman in your office angrily telling my Mom your caretaker would leave my dad alone if she was ever late again which happened once. There was confusion on the return time by 1 hour and me or my sister could have been called to come there as we are within miles and could have been there fast. You have all our information as well as Kimberly did. My mothers is in her 80's and distraught and exhausted from watching her husband of 60 years go downhill with a horrible disease and in constant pain and should never be talked too like that from your office staff! Your office lady was rude and made it extremely clear if it ever happened again the caretaker would leave my father at home alone and would leave on time. I was there when she called the woman again to discuss it and heard the conversation because she said it again. When you finally called my Mom, instead of apologizing to her you threatened you would do what you had to do to protect your company if she did not remove her review, which you said on each call. We have never asked for anything from you regarding this only to inform you of what happened, thinking as an owner you would like to be informed. We kept Kimberly after because we truly liked her and explained how important it was to NEVER let him walk alone and we knew it was not something done intentionally. We cancelled your service shortly after because of your rude office staff, not Kimberly. Just so you aware since that fall with your staff he is now in hospice. He has never recovered due to the severity of falling off the step onto the concrete and breaking his back again. He had Surgery which did not help the pain and caused further issues with the dementia most likely from the medication. There is medical paperwork on this surgery if you might think we might once again be confused. As far as my father falling before, he did, and that was never something we denied. That is what started his problems when he tripped walking a mile as he did daily on a very cracked sidewalk. His life fell apart after that, dementia set in fast due to hitting his head and he fractured his back in 3 places. As you kindly stated in your response he also fell with me once on the carpeting when he decided to let go of his walker and I couldn't grab him fast enough. That is exactly why we got in home care and we expected people from your company were trained as we were told they were with dementia and high risk of falling. My mother just wanted to inform you as the owner of what had happened by your office staff. You were completely out of place calling my mother multiple times and having that rude office girl call her as well trying to confuse her that it didn't happen as she said and to change her yelp review. You call it investigation, I call it badgering! I wonder how many negative reviews have been removed from being badgered. The most important thing is for others to know is how you handle your so called investigations when an incident occurs with your company, they are basically called liars or confused and badgered to remove their reviews as you have done to my Mother. read more

Attentive is the best. Lori Davis the Geriatric Care manager saved my family. I have been with three other agencies and even tried hiring direct. So far I have had caregivers steel, not show up, and even take mom on personal errands. Attentive Care changed all that. I have consistent care, uniformed caregivers, and Lori does a monthly re-assessment of my mom and the quality of the caregivers. So refreshing. We have great caregivers too. read more

2 months ago my grandmother had a fall and needed a caregiver after she had hip surgery. The social worker at the hospital gave us a list of care providers, and I began doing my research. Grandma lives in a nice house with a collection of antiques. I wanted to make sure that whoever was caring for her could be trusted. After speaking with several other agencies, I found that Attentive was the best option to care for my grandmother and protect her assets. Our caregiver Sally was great! She made some great meals, and even helped with physical therapy. Once grandma gained her strength back, it was hard to say goodbye to Sally and the help she provided! We are so happy that our father was cared for by Attentive Home Care. I knew that dad was is good hands. All the ladies came ready to work and followed my instructions. Of course there's always one who stands above the others. Patty was that one. She was able to make our dad very happy, that was not an easy thing to do something. I had Attentive Home Care for several months. The people that they sent to me did not have much Alzheimer's experience. Even though I told them that they had to hold on to him very securely, I would see them walking them either standing next to them or holding their hand which would not prevent his falling. One time he fell off of the porch (which had a 6" gap between the porch and the driveway. Even tho the caregiver called and told me he had fallen and was fine, I came home anyway and had to take him to Urgent Care as he was in so much pain. He has had to have a back procedure to try and take away some of the pain from that fall. The worst thing that happened was they claim I was late getting home. I had the time on my calendar the hours each day and I was not late. The office called me and was very angry and told me that if it happened again that the caregiver could leave. I said "you would leave an Alzheimer's patient alone. He could fall or be confused and walk right out the door." She said that "yes" they could do this. I immediately looked for another caregiver organization. Found one called "Care to stay home". Very well trained and they have never let me down, even when I called at the last minute for help. read more

Thank you for the care you gave our mother, each care giver was dedicated and caring, each in there own way. My mother was in bed most of the time and when ever I entered the room I knew that your staff she had all of her needs met.
