Had an issue with suspension mechanic yes disrespectful unprofessional and will lie to your face. Went in again alignment and tires rotated balanced the manager or whoever in the office was awesome. Got my tires from them 2 years ago (they were open on a Sunday)with the promise of free rotations for the life of the tires. Last time I went in they decided that they don't do free rotations anymore and that they never offered that Went as far as writing over my original invoice to try to convince me that it was always just 2 free rotations. I paid their 20 dollar charge for a rotation but they lost me for a return customer for trying to pull a fast one . Horrible service and unprofessional customer support. The workers barely could speak English. They will start speaking in Spanish to another Worker with derogatory disrespectful conversation about you. Is judging you because you're black and thinking you don't speak Spanish. They are very racist towards people of color and I have heard them speak very derogatory towards White people as well. Just got hour of waiting for my tires to be changed I heard them speak everyone that's Non Mexican. And I confronted them and told them that it was unprofessional and that they need to check themselves and show some respect for their customers.. I would not ever go to this place again and I advise anyone of color even White to not go to this place. And they probably need to be investigated by Ice.. because I'm sure a lot of workers there are not licensed or even citizens legally. read more

Service was ok until they decided 30$ was a reasonable price to put a patch on a tire. Every other tire spot in town is half the price.

I dropped of my truck today for a tire rotation, alignment, and smog check at 8am. They said it would be ready by 12. I called at 12:30 and they said they had just started working on it. I got called by 2pm and all they did was the tire rotation. Very disappointed i wanted to make this my one stop truck spot but they didnt even seem bothered by the inconvenience. I came here to have my tire checked since it was low, I was sitting in my car while they checked my tire, an older man was checking the tire when I seen him jab my tire with a tool and at that moment I put my window down and asked him why he did that ? He started yelling at me and said not to question his work and that I'm trying to take from the poor. I told him this didn't have anything to do with being rich or poor it's about being honest and he said that tool that he used was to take things out of the tire so I asked him to show me what he took out and he was looking around and said he didn't know were it went , then I called to talk to EZ the owner I was trying to explain what happened to me he then said that the old guy pulled out a nail and that he seen it on his security video, I told him that when I ask him if he found anything why didn't he tell me that it was a nail, then I told EZ that I was on my way so that he can show me his video he said no he didn't have time for that and questioned me why would his guys lie and I said why would I lie ? Look I'm not trying to get a free tire I'm not that girl and he said we fixed the tire free right ? and I told him that I can take his 10.00 to him he said look have u ever made a mistake and I said yes but 600$ Dollars later that's a expense mistake he wouldn't own up to what his guy did so I asked him how much would a Michigan running flat sport tire be and the other kid said it would run me almost 600$ For one I thought wow this place wants to F me over on this too. I know that my corvette tires are expensive but this place is doing anything to make money! I took my vehicle to Tires By Ez last month because my vehicle needed to have the motor mounts be replaced so I took it there thinking that my car would be better after replacing the motor mounts but after a few days my car became worse so, I texted the son's owner and he told me to take it back and his mechanic took my vehicle for a test drive and said..."The parts are new and these just need to settle into your car." I began to analyze it and concluded that what the mechanic said did not make any sense. Then I told the son's owner that my vehicle was still shaking and vibrating worst than before. He said...."You need speak with the owner" who is his father. I spoke with his father and he did not want to replace the defective part that I was at Pep Boys by them the Tires By Ez had installed. This is what I told the owner at Tires By Ez and the owner said..."The parts are new and besides your car has a different problem." I was like....Why are you lying? I took my vehicle there because the only problem my vehicle had was the motor mounts and nothing else. The owner did not want to replace the defective motor mounts again but wanted to change me for something else. This so-called "business man" is a very deceitful and dishonest man. I have been here multiple times with different cars for an oil change , each time the price increases (I assume because they don't recognize I am the same person). The workers always had trouble changing the filter for my 2022 Kia , and Ive taken it to them 3 times. Now I have a new car and was charged 20$ for a tire patch..the older man had done. My tire is currently still losing air. I would recommend choosing a different shop for professional help. I would assume with the prices , and increase of prices they constantly shoot out , the quality of work would be done properly but that was not the case. Caution. The short version of some things to be aware of if you go is that they told me they didn't sell used tires, any tires for spares, or spares (donuts) at all. More importantly, they tried to put a new tire on the rim without telling me what they were doing or talking about price or options - just went and got a new tire and started to put it on! This is after we had talked about only checking to see if the flat could be fixed. And after addressing that when I said I needed a second to figure out what to do, I looked up from my phone and they had walked past me to jack up the car, again without asking or saying anything about why or what they were doing. Zero communication or consideration. Just be cautious if you go there to make sure they don't try to take advantage of you. I've left out a lot of details but the point is that when you get a red flag at any business, stop and go somewhere else. I will not return and will make sure others know the details of the experience that I've left out here. read more

I don't like coming to mechanic places or places like this usually because I am a woman and I feel like some places like to take advantage about that, but I definitely do not feel that way when I come here.
