MOMS WITH BABIES, BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! I have never felt so disrespected and shaken by the way I was treated at a business. I brought my newborn baby with me to my appointment today. The parking lot was full, but there were three spaces available near the office. Two had signs that said "Patient Parking," with no indication of which business the signs belonged to, since there are two offices directly next to each other. The third space had NO SIGN directly in front of it. I parked there. The second I finished unloading my newborn baby and our belongings, TWO employees came bursting out of the office and began yelling at me to move. I apologized and explained that there was nowhere else to park close, that I had my newborn baby with me, and that it was 115° outside. One of the employees yelled "No one cares about your baby! You're being entitled! You need to move now!" I was completely shocked. I explained again that I was trying to avoid carrying my newborn and everything across a huge parking lot in 115° heat when there was a space directly in front of the door I needed. She screamed at me again "You can walk! You need to move your car NOW or we're calling to tow it." I was so overwhelmed and frantically packing everything back into my car while they continued yelling and pointing at me inside the car. I then parked on the far side of the parking lot and carried my baby and all of my belongings by myself, dropping things along the way. What makes this even more upsetting, I could see those three parking spaces from the window during my appointment. ALL THREE SPACES REMAINED EMPTY THE ENTIRE TIME. There was absolutely no reason for two grown adults to scream at a mother holding her baby, clearly with her hands full, in 115° heat. I am still shaking thinking about this experience. If this is how you treat a mother standing there with her newborn baby, I would seriously question how you treat anyone who walks through your doors. Moms with babies, or young children please be aware of how this place treats people before giving them your business. I will never forget being told that "no one cares about your baby." That sentence tells me everything I need to know about the level of compassion at this establishment. read more

If I could, I would leave a zero star. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever witnessed. Two employees were loudly yelling at my sister and telling her that she was "entitled" and that she needed to leave. There was absolutely no reason for the situation to be handled in such an aggressive and disrespectful manner. Whatever disagreement was happening, there is no excuse for employees to gang up on a customer, yell at her, insult her, and make her feel unwelcome. There are professional ways to handle disagreements, and this was not one of them. My sister left feeling humiliated, and the entire experience left a horrible impression. We came here expecting to be treated with basic respect, and instead witnessed employees behaving in a way that was completely inappropriate for a professional business. I would strongly recommend management take a serious look at how customers are being treated here. Customers should not have to be yelled at or called "entitled" by employees simply because there is a disagreement. Absolutely unacceptable. We will not be returning. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! My friend was taking her little baby out of the house and parked in a completely UNMARKED parking spot in the parking lot. Two employees come out of this office and start screaming and pointing at her that she can't park there. She held her little baby in her arms in the 115 degree heat and was going to walk inside the place next door where she had her appointment. They literally told her nobody cares about her baby and were threatening to tow her car. Even if the spot was marked as part of their store only parking spaces, in no world should a young mother ever be screamed at and told that nobody cares about her baby. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I would never take my business here. read more

I used to go here for a couple years and had to leave. I needed a better experience with an eye doctor. I since found a new one and had an absolutely amazing experience there. So I'm glad I moved on from this place. I never did like their Nevada vendor they use to make their glasses. They are very slow. They don't QC their own work before they ship it back to the eye doctor's office. Once when the front desk at the eye doctor screwed up the order, and then the lab compounded that screw up with their lack of QC it took near three months to get the glasses I needed. I then started taking my prescription online and I get glasses way faster, and I have a way better selection. I never know what to expect when meeting with any doctor. Most seem to be too busy to talk to you or listen, or offer advice, whatever it is they're supposed to do, so I don't have much to compare this to, but when meeting with the eye doctor I never felt I mattered much and wasn't listened to. It seemed more like hop in the chair let's measure somethings. Don't have time for your problems. Okay here's your prescription, don't forget to pay the lady at the register and I was out. read more

I am a fully vaccinated, very healthy senior woman, with the exception of asthma. After15 mins of interaction in the bldg, one employee came out and told me I had to wear the mask they provided because they are a healthcare facility. Regardless of being informed of my asthma and vaccination status. (I have documented proof I carry) By the time I was to leave the facility I had begun to wheeze. Had to rush immediately home, do an inhaler, take medication and go on the nebulizer. All of which I have not had to do since not wearing a mask since January 2021. I would like to add, my medical doctors office does not require a mask and last time I checked they are actually a full service family medical practice. read more

This was my second time getting glasses ever and I wanted to find a good doctor, not a walk in place. I found this place online and am so happy with the results! The office staff was really nice and the girl who did my pre-testing before the doctor was extremely knowledgeable. When Heather came in, I felt immediately comfortable. I felt that she was very thorough when determining the best glasses for me. We talked a lot as well- and it felt like an old friend. When I was done and picked out my frames, I felt like the person helping me really cared. She helped me find the perfect frames and made suggestions for me. It was over all a great experience. My visits here have been great. Heather is very knowledgeable and professional. I like this new location, the front room is very spacious and they have a good selection of glasses. Unfortunately, for me this time my prescription changed so I have to get another pair of frames. I have a wide face so finding frames that I like that also fit my face is somewhat difficult. Bradley is great at helping out; he has a good eye and really listens to what you like. This time I was set on getting a pair of D&G frames. They do have a few in their selection but none that looked good on me. Luckily, he suggested that they could order me a few pairs to try on that are the same size as my current glasses. I'm really happy this was an option since I was so set on a specific pair that they didn't have. Oh and it happened to be a theme day for them on the day of my visit, I believe 80's theme (so funny). It was a shock seeing Heather walk in all dressed up and Bradley in tiny work out shorts. I appreciate that the staff here is so personable and it was definitely a good laugh.
