I was just sorta left for I'm assuming was 30 minutes? There's no clocks so I lost track of time. Next few times I came, I was prepared to do some meditation on my own and really focus on my thoughts, breathing and healing. I have pretty decent insurance and so it only came out to about 20 bucks per session and at that price, it goes from a 3 star review to a 4 star.
