I purchased a used 2018 outback with 92k on it in may of this year. It was a little more than what I wanted to spend but it was in immaculate condition and well maintained so I thought. They put a new batter,new tire sensor,oil change. Little did I know when I went in for my first oil change at Subaru a list of way past overdue maintenance services were overlooked by Acura. I ended up spending over $1200 dollars to get the car up to date. Nothing on the vehicle history report stated that any of these required services were completed and when Subaru checked their records none were found on it either. I'm very disappointed that Acura did not take care of this before selling the vehicle. At this point I will never do business with them again in the future. read more

Not Negotiable, High Prices, Dishonest, Rough Trade Values. -1 Star: This dealer basically says the price is the price, so Acura gives you $1k off if you had a competitor luxury car discount and we got $1k off for getting a 2023 instead of 2024 model MDX. I wanted to negotiate more and they literally wouldn't budge. So out the door for around $72k without extended warranties or any add ons. I wanted to leave and forget getting a new car but my wife was frustrated and just wanted it to be over after all the time spent. I gave up on reasoning with her and told her she can do what she wants if she pays for it. We left and literally the next day she had buyers remorse already and asked why I let her buy it. That's marriage in my experience. Women don't listen to your advice and then ask why you didn't tell them what you already did tell them... ugh.... - 1 Star: They quoted us $476.30 "at their cost" for the roof rack cross bars, we looked online and got them $274.59 from Acura.com and oddly they ship and we picked them up at this Acura dealer, so don't order upgrades from them and just use the website so you do not get scammed. -1 Star: As for our 2022 Tesla Model 3 with 18k miles like new... they beat us up hard on tue trade saying they wouldn't even try to sell a Tesla because they are too hard to sell so they could only give us 33k trade for it because that's what they were selling it same day to Carmax for. Fast forward a week and our car is only there lot for $40,900... PS: I checked the Tesla app that night after we left and someone was driving at all over at 80-90 miles per house and then it was parked in the hood at some rough apartments afterwards until the battery was about stone dead.... Ugh... I feel like I already miss the Tesla in comparison to the new car, it was just not a roomy car when you have kids. PSS on the MDX: I think the car is visually appealing. I really like the brown interior. The weird touch pad for controls is strange and why there are no touch screens is beyond I do like the color and the wheels for sure. It really lacks power and isn't very stable on the road. It's not a bad car, but I don't see the value for the price. I feel Lexus gives you more car for the value. We will run it a couple years and do something else anyway... All in all it wasn't a fun experience. - 1 Star: Our sales guy was frustrated when I said I wanted to pay less than MSRP and literally rolled his eyes in irritation when I told him to ask the manager. He seems to expect people to just come in and want to pay full price and not bother him. The Asian sales manager was polite. He ave my son a little drawing pad of paper. 5 Stars for Mike in parts. He was a funny guy, good sense of humor and knowledgeable. He took good care of our needs. 5 Stars for The finance guy. He was the most polite person in the sales process. I was in the city and in need of an oil change for my TSX. After receiving substandard service at Nalley Acura of Atlanta I was hesitant to try another Acura dealership. However, I am glad that I gave this dealership a chance. The location is easy to find with any navigation app. There are signs to guide you to the service department. First impression- this place is small and old! We drove into the service area and were quickly approached by staff. After getting information from me, we were guided to the waiting area. The waiting area is very dated and in serious need of some work. However, it does offer complimentary snacks and drinks and a television for entertainment. There was also a sign noting that they offered free wifi. The restroom has seen a slight upgrade, and was very clean. It took about an hour for my car to be serviced. They did provide a complimentary car wash. I found it interesting that they made a service recommendation (always expected). However, they were honest in saying I could wait before getting it repaired. All in all, I LOVE the service provided at this dealership. They even called the following day to make sure I did not have any questions and/or concerns. read more

Put in an inquiry about an RDX I saw online. Received a text from Jacob. He was very helpful and I proceeded to send him information about my trade in. He responded quickly and we finalized the deal. I advised I was 200+ miles away and would try to pick it up in a couple of days. He advised he would have it delivered and pick up my trade. We saw a car that we liked on line. I asked before we went if they had a return policy because taking it to a mechanic would be difficult since we live three hours from the dealership. Our salesman said they don't have a return policy but We value our customers and their satisfaction is number 1 so if something did happen we would do what was right by you. The car buying experience was nice. The salesman was nice. All the staff that I met seemed very nice. However after getting the vehicle home and having more time to look the car over I realize that 90 percent of the vehicle had been repainted. It's a 2011 Toyota Highlander and I haven't noticed Paint issues with that year. When I open the hood the plastic that covers over the front radiator area pulls right up because the plastic clips that are supposed to hold it in place are not the right ones. These types of red flags say the car was probably in a car accident. We bought the vehicle under the impression it had never been in an accident. That's what Carfax shows. So I texted my salesman and told him of my fear. Then I said if this was not reported they probably didn't take it to a reputable body shop. So I'm not sure if they did things the right way or if I'll have issues because of it down the road. Then I told him I'm thinking of taking it to a body shop around here and asking them if it's been in an accident, and if it has I'm thinking of returning it. That's when he told me well you bought the vehicle as is and we do not have a return policy. At this point I just tell him that I'm really glad I didn't leave a review yet. I get a text back from my salesman that says can my manager call you? I said yes. A couple minutes later the manager calls me and proceeds to tell me that the Carfax shows that there's never been an accident it's never been totaled and rebuilt that's a guarantee and the best that they can possibly see. Then he tells me please keep us informed of what the body shop says. Then I asked him one more time does it matter what the Body Shop tells me? Will I be able to return the vehicle? The manager said no we won't take it back. So then I asked him why did you call me? Your salesman already said the exact same thing to me. He didn't really have an answer. I understand I bought a used car. But I tend to buy from dealerships because I feel more comfortable thinking they really looked over a vehicle and they wouldn't sell one off their lot unless it was in really good condition. The sad part is I really felt I could trust them. But I'll never go back to them again nor recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware of the liar. Apparently they can report a review and have it deleted. Nice right. My response to the Dealers reply. What a slick response you gave. I don't know your name because you did not give it. Saying how unlike vroom and carvana you have the luxury of looking over a car so you can evaluate each car. Therefore because buyers have the opportunity to see and drive them you don't need a 7 day return policy. Well if your guys are so good at evaluating cars why did they not discover the new paint job or items that were poorly put back together? Also why would I be worried about a 7 day window when you don't have a return window? I went to a Acura dealer here in Georgia and they were nowhere near as accommodating and welcoming as Acura of Chattanooga! I'm so glad that I did business with them. Everyone there was so nice I didn't even feel like I was at a car dealership. I did everything from GA and I drove to TN to do the trade in and everything was so SEAMLESS! It took no time to do the trade in (partly because they had my Information before I arrived) and the truck was waiting for me in the front when I got there. We had been shopping for days looking for a White MDX and Acura of Chattanooga showed one on their website. After a quick call to Al Hatcher both my Girlfriend and I had a feeling this was going to be a different car buying experience. We arrived at the dealer where Al was waiting for us with Tom ( our salesman for the day) the car was pulled around and carfax in hand. The features were went over and questions were answers and after a test drive we were both in agreement this was the car and dealer for us. About 30 minutes later we were driving home. As with any vehicle an issue is likely to occur and we noticed in the heavy rain water was leaking. I send an email on Sunday to service for appoint and before 8am Monday I already was getting a call back from Xander in service. Our appoint was set, a loaner was reserved and since we bought the car in a storm he would also be sure to have it detailed. When I told him we didn't need a loaner and we could wait. His response is that they want to be sure the car is "right" and don't want us to have to sit around.
