Dr. Wang is great ! And so is the staff ! They took good care of me and I appreciate them.

My first appointment was with Dr. Wang and I felt like he did answer all my questions and the ladies that helped me with the initial exams and helping me find the right frames and lenses are very competent and extremely helpful. The whole facility was clean and I felt welcomed, too. They have a great selection on frames and contacts. It only took a week for my prescription to be sent out and completed even when it might take up to 10 business days. I returned and had my eyes dilated with Dr Yang and she was just as welcoming as well. I was able to ask questions that she thoroughly answered. While I waited for Dr Yang, I was able to use my old frames to get lenses for my new prescription and the person that helped me felt comfortable and accommodated to my requests. All around, I feel anyone should come and their eyes check with Dr Wang, Dr Yang and all the ladies that helped me. This is a great optometry group and I hope to be their loyal patient as long as I'm in the area. read more

Love love love this optometrist!! The Drs are top of the line in the practice and the staff are A+++! You walk in and someone is there with a friendly smile. They have a large selection of frames women children and men! They offer so many options and also for contact lenses as well! They are super fast but detailed and you never feel rushed. The office is smaller located in a pediatrics building but thats nothing major. They have top of the line devices to check your eyes! The office is so clean which is another great attribute for this office! But no matter how far I live I will continue to keep coming back because the care and treatment I receive is the best! Found this office on Yelp. This place is not large but very well keep. The staff so friendly and respectful. Dr.Wang is the main reason for this place got 5 stars. He explained clearly after my eye exam. The way he treated customer made me feel pleasant. I was a little picky to choose eye frame but the lady staff was very patient. AcuVision is by far one of the best eye doctors I have been to. Susan was such a sweetheart, beyond helpful and extremely friendly. She was very informative about everything and even went as far as helping me try on glasses and find the perfect pair of glasses. This optometry place is awesome! I found this place through Yelp last year and agree with 5 star ratings. The staff is friendly and try to work with you and whatever issue you may have. They have a great selection of glasses. I would like more but it is a small office so I don't think the place can hold more frames. I love that they have sports glasses for kids and a big collection of kids glasses that's a plus when you have kids who wear glasses. This year the staff brought in more fashionable glasses for girls which my daughter and I were excited about. Dr. Yang and staff are the best. Totally recommend this place. read more

I have to other eye care professionals, but this one is the best by far without a doubt. Dr. Cheung made me feel so special, she spoke to me as if she knew me my whole life. She was very funny and upbeat, reassuring me that I could do the contact option and she would make it easy. Dr. Wang was also very personable in making me feel like I mattered, he gave me tips on how to put in my contacts. Then last but not least, Nicole the assistant was so friendly and she made me feel so relaxed. I will be returning and recommending them to family and friends. Horrible! Worst employee being Crystal the "manager" I called to make an appointment over the phone sounded very friendly . She told me she pulled up my insurance and me and my daughter can both go there. She doesn't even know what she is doing first of all my daughters appointment was not scheduled but they squeezed her in. Second I have a ppo insurance which always covers very well. But somehow crystal billed everything through a discount card that only gave me 5 dollars off..my daughter couldn't chose the glasses she wanted ...I told her the insurance is wrong and I am insured through my employer. She kindly told me she would help find the correct insurance and that if something was wrong she would fix it or refund my money. So I said great! Not a problem and paid the 55 dollars (I wouldn't of paid a co pay if she billed it to my correct insurance) ...so Monday I called crystal at the office like she asked me to and now she tells me that they don't even take my insurance there at that office! And she refuses to refund my money like she said she would...she was very rude and un professional over the phone! Couldn't believe it...very disappointed would not go back!! read more

I've been using glasses since I was 8 years old. As I got older I forgot how much I needed glasses. After, working in front of a computer 247 my vision was looking more blur. I finally decided to google places and shop around getting different quotes over the phone. I happened to google this place and got a great price for a consultation. I decided to go there because it was close to my job and I was going to make an appointment during my lunch and would be more convenient for me. They were able to set me up with an appointment right away. I immediately called my boyfriend and told him about this place and asked him if he wanted me to set an appointment for him. He said yes and we both went to see Dr. Wang, their service was fast and amazing, I was so amazed how fast i was able to Get in and out before my 1 hour lunch brake ended. Dr. Wang did everything correctly and made sure I got the correct lenses, he's very professional and makes sure that you get the correct lenses doing every test to ensure you a better vision. his staff is very nice and very helpful they do have a lots of variety of different frames for you to choose from. I was very impressed. It had been about 10 years since my last eyeglasses prescription. Dr. Yang was very thorough and patient and explained everything she was doing in her examination of my eyes. Another thing was - and this may sound kind of strange - but she made eye contact with me when she spoke to me. I have had several doctors in the past (not necessarily eye doctors), who avoided eye contact when speaking with me. And one never looks at me - at all! So, I appreciate Dr. Yang for that. read more
