He was so nice and so welcoming. Dr. Bonilla was super nice super knowledgeable and she really took her time with me. My left eye was giving a little bit of a problem when it comes to the prescription so she really made sure that we were able to find the right prescription strength. They were running a little behind because I guess they were having computer problems, but they were super apologetic about it and I did not mind waiting at all because I had nothing else on my schedule for the day. Danny even offered me water or Gatorade with ice, which I gladly accepted. Jesus was super nice and knowledgeable when helping me order my contacts and glasses make sure I was able to find the right deals and make sure that I use my insurance too. It's full of potential so I really appreciate him for doing that. The store itself is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The store is nice and clean and air-conditioned. Like I mentioned before the music they were playing was amazing like it took everything in me not to sing out loud to all of them the songs. Overall, if you're looking for a friendly place to get your eyes checked where they truly seem to care about their customers and treat everybody with respect and give you the time of day and not just rush you out of the door. I called their office first thing Monday morning, explained my situation, and they were able to fit me in that same day. Everyone was kind, professional, and understanding throughout the visit. It's amazing how when one of his employees leaves, he's able to find a replacement that continues to provide the same excellent level of service. Patients are treated like family and it's always comfortable coming in for examinations and selecting new eyewear. Highly recommended.
