I just kind of strolled around for a minute looking lost. There is no one readily available to help people like me with the deer-in-headlights look. I had hoped to try an empanadas but it seemed intimidating so I strolled over to the shelves where there were various breads, pastries and cookies. I was still a bit lost because I first saw people with trays and grabbing breads but I thought they might be employees. But after wandering in another circle I noticed a lady grabbing a tray and tongs. I then saw the little sign that said to use the trays and tongs for the baked goods. I then followed the lady and managed to grab a few items. I had hoped for some cupcakes or donuts but saw neither. I did however get a cheese danish, a couple of cookies and a couple of breads. The items I got were pretty good and the bread was fairly soft. I certainly wasn't disappointed in any of the items I grabbed, I only wished there were a few other sweet items and a better system to better understand how best to navigate the store. But all things considered, the baked goods were good enough that I may very well be back to sample other items.

I really like the pager system he has, which allows you to wait in your car until your food is ready. He also has a variety of toppings including mayo, mustard, ketchup, onions, sweet peppers, mushrooms and more. I'd go back, but next time I would like to try the water ice. I was torn between giving 3 or 4 stars and decided to go with 4 due to the large portion size and taste of the food. Good cookies, underwhelming service…read more I strolled into the Crumbl store and it was empty. I saw a couple of workers towards the back chatting with each other. Neither one greeted me. If I had been unwilling to submit the order myself on the kiosk I would have left empty handed. I ordered the cookies and cream, chocolate chip, brownie, and sugar cookie. They all were delicious, no surprise there. My favorite was the cookies and cream followed by the brownie. They certainly win in the taste awards. Not so much the service. When my order was ready, a guy came around the corner with the box and handed it to me. I said thanks and I think he mumbled your welcome. Or maybe it was have a nice day. I'm not sure because he said it so low and fast as he quickly turned to walk away. No eye contact, no smile. I "may" return for the cookies, and I will temper my expectations on the customer service front.

I think I have officially found Waldorf's best, and I'll definitely be stopping by on my next drive down Leonardtown Road.

Upon explaining the situation, the owner repeatedly stated, "I don't know," and ended the call abruptly. While I did not initially suspect the establishment's involvement in this incident, the nature of that interaction has led me to question the situation. I would advise other customers to exercise caution regarding their surroundings and financial transactions at this location. Authorities have been contacted.
