I placed an order a few days ago and confirmed it with the owner on Wednesday. The day before…read morepickup, I also texted the order details and was told everything was confirmed. When I arrived, she initially said she had no record of the order and didn't remember it. After I showed her the messages, she acknowledged it and asked for 30 minutes to prepare it (around 12:40 PM). I explained I was on a break from a pediatrician's office and needed to be back at work by 1 PM. She offered to deliver the order instead, so I paid in full and left trusting it would be handled. There was no communication afterward, and my calls went unanswered. The order was eventually delivered at 2:47 PM, over an hour and a half later than expected, with no prior update or apology. The cupcakes themselves were very pretty and large, but not worth $58 in my opinion. Most of them tasted like box mix, with the banana pudding flavor being the only one that really stood out. Between the poor communication, disorganization, and underwhelming quality for the price, this was a very disappointing experience.

Really delicious cupcakes!…read more I have seen several reviews of this place on my Instagram feed so I decided to check them out. The cupcakes are made to order, so go browse some of the other shops while you wait for your order to be finished. I came in the middle of the day, on a weekday, and my order was ready in about 10 minutes, as there were a few other orders in front of mine. The cupcakes are $6 to $7 a piece, depending on the flavor. I ordered the Butterfinger, lemon crunch banana pudding, and cinnabon flavored cupcakes. The cake itself was moist and spongy, just like a good cupcake should be. The frosting was perfectly sweetened with a generous amount of the respective namesake toppings. The cinnabon flavor even had a little mini cinnamon bun on top. If you're not paying by card, it might be a good idea to bring exact change. They didn't have exact change the day I visited and seemed to assume I wouldn't mind the difference, even though it was close to a dollar. I ended up leaving a few extra dollars, plus that change, as a tip, but if you prefer to receive your full change, it's something to keep in mind.

The steak and cheese featured soggy bread with a side of limp lukewarm fries, and the jerk chicken was a poor imitation of jerk flavor, as the best word I could use to describe it was lifeless. On the bright side, the employee was friendly and the food was ready on time, so at least there was that. Unfortunately, this was a total miss so my first time will also be my last time.

Decent. Not special. Unlikely to make my regular rotation…read more I drove past this place going back to forth to work and on the outside it looked like a nice establishment. Today I finally visited and was a bit disappointed to see the underwhelming interior where it is strictly carry out and cheap metal guest chairs to wait on while the food is prepared. But it's really about the food right?! Meh. It was very hit and miss. I ordered the (4) sliders with grilled onions. They were slightly charred which was nice, and they were juicy, but they could have been cooked a little more (they were like medium to medium well and I prefer well done - I should note they didn't ask how I preferred my burgers cooked). I also ordered their jumbo fried wings and picked sweet and sassy sauce. The sauce was tasty and the wings had a nice texture, but beyond the sauce the wings had a plain flavor suggesting they didn't season the wings before frying and then coating them with sauce. Overall the food was solid but not awe inspiring. I was less impressed with their cakes. I ordered a strawberry slice and a carrot cake. The carrot cake was moist and wasn't bad at all. I've had much better, but it was edible and satisfied my sweet tooth for the day. The strawberry cake however was dry and grainy. Perhaps it was old. It was definitely a waste of $7.99! On the plus side the employee was friendly and nice, so there's that!

I pointed to the menu next to my shoulder and lingered on it as I said what my order was again. Then the young man told her to go ahead. She wasn't very strong and as I ordered a medium I was taken aback when she put like a small.scoop on the ice tray. I saw another order being made and the guy was making a medium too. It was huge by comparison. I pointed this out and the girl told me that she had yet to smoosh hers down. I'm 6'3" and looking down she was way way off. She finished my order and saw i was not happy. Aside from that she didn't ask me about the container I wanted but I wanted a cone. She assumed and gave me a cup. Then I paid and took the cup but it was slopped all over the outside and I got crap all o er my hands. She didn't care. I know labor is hard to come by but this was above and beyond poor and also borderline incompetent. I am writing this from my car on a cool 54 degree evening in May at 7:30. So sad. One last thing. The strawberries are frozen. Not crystally but frozen. As a certain dunce now famously says, C'mon man.

This place was fantastic!!!…read more We stopped by for brunch and fell in love with this little side spot attached to The Charles. We walked in and saw a variety of food and drink items both made fresh and pre-prepared. I ordered the avocado toast and it was the best I've had in a very long time! I also ordered an iced coffee with sugar-free vanilla and it was perfect! I was also very happy to see that they carry the B-Doughnuts cinnamon buns, so I had to get one of those to-go! While I waited for my food to be prepared I took a lot around the market and they have so many different items for sale (spices, honeys, cheeses, etc.) There's a little sitting area where you can enjoy your food inside if you'd like and a nice selection of wines, vodkas and whiskeys in the back. I will definitely return to try more from this place, and take more pictures to share!

Sometimes the coffee is good and sometimes it is not (the coffee drink tastes more like milk than coffee) depending on who makes the drink. We have been numerous times and ordered different coffees on the menu, but more often than not, the coffee does not hit the spot. However, the service is friendly every time we have been. There are also plenty of specialty food items that you can purchase as well as alcohol.
