There was no communication afterward, and my calls went unanswered. The order was eventually delivered at 2:47 PM, over an hour and a half later than expected, with no prior update or apology. The cupcakes themselves were very pretty and large, but not worth $58 in my opinion. Most of them tasted like box mix, with the banana pudding flavor being the only one that really stood out. Between the poor communication, disorganization, and underwhelming quality for the price, this was a very disappointing experience.

The cake itself was moist and spongy, just like a good cupcake should be. The frosting was perfectly sweetened with a generous amount of the respective namesake toppings. The cinnabon flavor even had a little mini cinnamon bun on top. If you're not paying by card, it might be a good idea to bring exact change. They didn't have exact change the day I visited and seemed to assume I wouldn't mind the difference, even though it was close to a dollar. I ended up leaving a few extra dollars, plus that change, as a tip, but if you prefer to receive your full change, it's something to keep in mind.
