One of the worst Crumbl locations! The parking lot is extremely crowded with very limited parking in front of the store. So you'll need to park and make your way through all the vehicles to go inside. They rarely have all of their cookies in stock on the ordering app, and the cookies are not cooked well at all. I ordered the cookies & cream cookie today and got home to open it and find that the cookie was completely burnt. The new Crumbl Cookies located in the Waldorf Park Center is a perfect addition to the sinful treat options for SoMD treat lovers. This location recently opened, so there was a line that extended outside. No worries, the CC crew handled this quickly and respectfully. Speaking of the crew, each member was polite and CC appears to be a fun place to work. This cookie shop was very clean and orders are handled via self serve tablets. Lemon glaze cookie! I am extremely disappointed in the cookies I received. I went earlier in the week and had an amazing experience. The cookie matched the advertising. Yet today, I return order the same cookie and notice when I got to the car and noticed the cookie lacked the glaze or lemon. So I return to the store and explain to the staff my concern. The young man took the cookies back as he agreed then came back and said oh it has the glaze. I show him the display and the cookies I received the other day. He basically said it, is what it is. So I called the store to speak to alleged manager. She said to bring them back tomorrow because they all look like the ones given. read more

I hate this location. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Every time I come here, it's a new issue. Either they're sold out of cookies but not updating their website, and now I've paid for cookies they don't have. Or how about the time I got to the store to pick up the order I paid for in advance, and I was notified that the cookies I bought and was upcharged for were sold out? The worker tells me to pick new cookies but won't refund me the difference I paid for specialty cookies... Then I watch an employee pull a tray of the cookies I paid for and was just informed were sold out, box the cookies, and take them home at the end of their shift. This location lacks quality control; if your cookie is supposed to have toppings on it, forget about it. I have occasionally received cookies without frosting, filling, and/or decorations. Most recently I received a Biscoff cookie that was unusually thick, bit into it, and it was full of massive air pockets. You're probably wondering, have I complained to them? Yes, their customer service sucks. It seems like the staff is full of a bunch of teenagers who are overworked and annoyed. Why do I keep coming back? Well, I'm 9 months pregnant; ask my unborn son lol. All the more reason why I'm taking this so personally. A pregnant woman wants what she wants! These cookies are expensive; I expect to receive the items I ordered, and I expect the cookies to have all the toppings and look somewhat like the pictures! My Boss gave me a gift card for Christmas so I finally decided to go by and check it. First impression is that it is a very popular place. The shop is not very large but there is a line inside. You can order online or in store. The young Lady at the front was very nice as I was a first timer. I decided to go with the Snickerdoodle cookie. The cookies are huge! The place is very, bright, clean and very white. As I I understand it, they have five or six choices for cookies that change weekly. I decided to try the Snickerdoodle. Now, I can see what the fuss is about. The cookie was delicious, soft and tasty. Big enough to share with my Daughter and 2 small Grandsons. This is my second time going to Crumbl to purchase cookies. This week was the cookies were associated with the Kardashians. Friday night at 8pm, I attempted to go to the store and it was jammed back. On a rainy Friday at that. I'm not usually out that late on a Friday, so I wasn't sure if that was normal. So, I tried again midday Saturday. I ordered my cookies ahead of time thinking that would help. I arrived at the store at my pickup time and checked in. I waited about 40 minutes for my order and the store was jammed back with waiting customers. In addition, there were only two employees working. I'm not sure of their names but my hat's goes off to them. I tried to go back into the app to leave a tip because they both deserved one. They were two relatively young employees and despite the circumstances they were dealing with (also started to run out of cookies), I have to say they did a pretty good jobs. They didn't have any attitudes, responded calmly to customers whom gave them an attitude and the young man thanked everyone for their patience. I'm telling you there to be at least 15-20 waiting customers in store. I was so pleased how they handled everything and for that I would definitely recommend going to the store but geesh 40 minutes for some cookies. Now that was a bit much. read more

This location has not been open very long Maybe a year to 16 months old. It is extremely dirty and gross. I have been five times and every time they are out of what I want to order. I can go all over the US to any other Crumbl and never have I seen or been told that an item is OUT. The Waldorf, MD location is horrible. The staff are rude and you feel like you are bothering them when you ask a question. The California, MD location is always on point. So is every other Crumbl I have visited in South Carolina, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Kansas City, and I could go on. How could one location be so bad and all the others are great. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to another location. It will be well worth it in the end. This location will only disappoint you. Before I wrote this I looked and everyone is saying the same thing. I had no idea until I went this past week and thought, why every time I go are they out. I secretly hate that this place is in Waldorf... because that's way to close to my house!!! Lol I LOVE CRUMBL! Best cookies ever. The app is a fun twist to give you an idea of what cookies they have that week. The staff at the Waldorf location is always nice and happy. The store always feels clean. This is one of the worst crumbl locations. It is 15mins from my house and I rather drive 30-45min to another location if I want to get crumbl! I frequent crumble to take cookies in to the office/work This location always and I mean always run out of something every single week . Either production is slow or they just flat out don't have it. Customer service is lacking you have get the staffs attention in order for them to acknowledge you . I put my order in online went to pick it up I get there and they tell me they don't have 4 out of 6 cookies I ordered. Fine , So I ask for a refund the young lady informed that she is unable to do a refund and she would have to send a text message and a picture to her manager. I didn't feel like going back and forth! Cookies are yummy. My order came out fast. The details on the cookie were skipped on one cookie. It was supposed to have a garnish and didnt. But they were delicious. All three employees were on their phone, no gloves in site touching everything with the bare hands. Phone chargers on the counter where they make the dough. The floors? Completely disgusting, looks like they have never been cleaned. Stuff was all over the place, the cookie warmer where they keep them to put in the boxes was wide open and the one girl just kept smashing it open and closed. But recently one of their cookies was a cheesecake...i believe it was raspberry...the girl making the order dropped a glob of filling on the counter, scooped it up with her glove and put it on the cookie. All I can say is ... Delicious!! Don't walk...run to this location. It is so cute and quaint. When you get there, there WILL be a line out the door. The location is small but the taste is huge! I am not a sweet tooth at all, but this place may change all of that. I've been twice in two days. Both times I used their app to order. They have curbside service and that's what I did. I saw the line outside and didn't feel like waiting so I ordered curbside and in less than 10 minutes they brought my order directly to my car. The cookies are large so I only ordered 6 (one of each flavor of the week). The flavors change week to week. My husband and I demolished them! So much so, I went back since I had family in town and ordered the party box of 12 cookies...absolutely delicious. So far the service has been good and the app is great. The last 4 times I've ordered online there has been something wrong with my order. Half those times I arrived and the cookies weren't ready and I was asked to wait another 20-30 minutes. Today takes the cake I placed an order for a 8am pick up and arrived and checked in through the app. After being 1st in line for ten minutes and seeing there was no one boxing my order I attempted to go inside. Yes attempted because the young man who was scraping stickers off the front window didn't move he just exclaimed "we ain't got no cookies" to which I told him I had an order for pick up and he said "okay we ain't got it but you can come in". Absolutely the worst Crumbl I've been to. Stopped in on the way home from work to get the Kardashian cookies, first they can't find our order even though I have the order number, and order on the app to show them it was ordered for pick up at their store. Then they put them all in the regular Crumbl box, while there is a pile of Kardashians boxes right there and says sorry we already put it in the pink box we can't switch it, then I open the box and the order isn't even right. I tipped them $5 when I placed the order because I've always had great experience with kind employees at Crumbl and I extremely regret tipping after that. When I asked if they could swap out one cookie so my order was correct (it was missing one cookie and instead it had two of the same) they acted like it was a huge inconvenience and then finally did it and made it seem like they were doing me a favor. I won't ever come back to this location. I know they probably were super busy since everyone wanted to try the new Kardashians cookies but a smile and "so sorry, our mistake" goes a long way. I don't expect people not to make mistakes but to go on acting like I'm inconveniencing them because their system won't pull up my order and then they get it wrong and are rude about it is absolutely insane. read more

I'm not sure why it's so difficult for them to keep their items in stock all week! They rarely have all of their products at the same time. I've never had this issue at any other Crumbl.
