The atmosphere immediately put me at ease. Since it was my first visit, I received a discounted introductory rate, which was a wonderful bonus. Before the massage, I filled out a form detailing my preferred pressure level, focus areas, and any areas that needed extra care. I chose the firmest pressure available and requested extra attention on my back and shoulders since I carry a lot of tension there. The massage was exactly what I needed. The work done on my back and shoulders helped release so many knots and areas of built-up stress. I received a full-body massage, and I genuinely felt relief almost immediately. Even a week later, I still feel more relaxed and less tense than before my appointment. At the end of my visit, I was also given a loyalty stamp card, which was a lovely surprise. After five visits, you receive a free massage and a pedicure downstairs, which makes me even more excited to return. The staff, the service, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. This review is for sauna only…read more Infrared sauna heats up to 158F which is great! The session is about 45 mins, and the price is moderate. Sauna is very small, and you can't lay down flat. Fits up to 2 people sitting up. The biggest concern I had is lack of showers. So after all the sweating you gotta put your clothes on and head out. Less than ideal. Parking is in the garage nearby. Staff was friendly. Personally not coming back unless showers get installed.

The name of the store seems to have changed by the receipt I was given, but not the names on the business cards. Maybe the new owner is dragging their feet on the name change much like Dan (Daniel)Snyder of the Washington Redskins. Anyhow, Susan...least I think it was Susan?...greeted me and took me to the massage room which was couples massage room. The room I had never been in had a masage bed on both sides of the room. The bed were not near each other like you would think they would be. My temperature was checked before the massage began; as well, as masks, hand sanitizer was used. Gloves are an option, but I did not know about this tidbit till after the massage. Susan was through, but for some reason, I wasn't enjoying the massage as much as I thought I would. Tension was relieved from my back, but still this experience at this establishment felt different. Still, Susan didn't do anything different from what she would normally do, but it still felt different. I will make another appointment here, but I am not sure when. This place has been around here for 3 years or more, but I am still the only person who has written a review on this place. I look forwards to reading someone else's thoughts and opinions on the business.

The only question asked was simply, "cash or card?" The massage itself was fine, but the overall experience lacked the care and attentiveness I would expect from a spa visit.
