He stayed back a bit late on a Saturday to take the time and finish the procedure alone without an assistant during these covid times. He explained the procedure and was very conservative on the tooth he was going to bond. It was a very pleasant experience to visit a dentist who respects his own profession and knows how to do his part as a dentist. My partner avoided the dentist for years and now goes there regularly. The main reason I'd recommend Dr. Le is because she's honest and has taken a more conservative approach to dentistry with me. I've been to several dentists over the years before Dr. Le who wanted to do thousands of dollars of work that I couldn't figure out. I've had a couple dentists want to fill multiple cavities I can't see and that have never bothered me. Another said I needed significant dental surgery and braces for a second time. She began to make me feel at ease. Given my past history, she really took baby steps with me, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I have been seeing her since November, 2023 to correct a very neglected mouth. She has the vision and foresight to know how to correct my problems (crossbite and multiple broken teeth). She has an extensive range of professional colleagues for referrals, if needed (orthodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons). My last appointment was a long 6 hours in the chair, and much of that time was spent laughing and sharing stories. (Who laughs and jokes while in the chair at the dentist?! Me, now that' I've found this fantastic woman!) Not only that, but her own professional staff is also second to no one. They are absolutely fantastic. Dr Konz provides a very relaxed atmosphere for both routine cleaning and more complex work (she did crowns, caps, and fillings, too, plus one emergency re-adhesion of a crown that came loose). Her hygienist team is always friendly, appropriately admonishing, and when they discovered an issue, as discreet as possible until Dr Konz confirmed their suspicions. I miss that office. Great work.

After seeing an endontist and two other specialists, I was informed that the post was put THROUGH my tooth and was sticking into my jaw. (please see the photo of the xray taken) As of yesterday, 11/12/2014, the tooth was removed, and a bone graft was put in place. What should have been a simple procedure is now going to cost nearly $5500. As I sat there yesterday, looking at the tooth with the hole right through it, it saddened me to know that I walked away from there and was not informed of the mistake the day that it occurred. I can only hope that other patients take great caution with their trust.

I therefore went to a local Chicago dentist in order to receive some typical yearly work. This establishment was the worst dentist I had ever visited as they filled teeth that did not have cavities and exploited their services as such. The worst ended with a file being left in my tooth after a root canal that they deemed necessary. At any rate, I digress. I then turned to Dr. Riesburg since he was in the same neighborhood as my employer at the time. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Riesburg. He is honest and all telling. I later found out the tooth that needed assistance didn't even need help. There was nothing wrong with the tooth! (Note: I had to extract said tooth and get an implant. Chicago dentist refused to compensate me even after I attempted to litigate. I was therefore forced to pay out of pocket for this whole experience. I would not wish this upon anyone as it truly was disadvantageous). Dr. Riesburg helped me with my misfortune throughout everything. He has stuck by me, and is very personable throughout. He is a dentist who actually cares, hence why I travel an hour up north to enjoy his services. He has now taken care of all 3 of my children, especially when my now two year old had broken her front tooth while jumping from couch to coffee table. Do you know who was willing to be exposed to an X-ray whilest taking the pic? Dr. Riesburg! Best dentist ever and the reason while my family of 5 continue to drive to fabulous Highland Park to reach him!
