I've been to JT Family Dental twice now and have had a top notch experience both times. The office has all the latest and greatest technology and is super clean and tidy. They have big screen TVs in every room. Right when I sat down, they asked me what I wanted to watch and put it right on. My second visit I mentioned to Dr Winterich that I was Breaking Bad and on season 2. He took the time to find the episode I was on and put it on the screen via Netflix. Now that is service! My first visit was a cleaning and whitening Quick and painless, just like I like it. My teeth look and feel great, and the whitening took a fraction of the time it takes at other places. During my cleaning, I mentioned to Dr Winterich that I was getting food stuck in my back right and left teeth every time I eat meat. I have to bring floss with me every time I go out. Total pain. He figured out it was because my crowns weren't fit correctly at my previous dentist and suggested that he could get a perfect fit if we re did them. I took him up on his offer to use his same day crown equipment and get them redone. I was there for a little over two hours and we were done. No having to go back and get the crowns put in. He made them right there! Two weeks later, I have yet to race to he restroom and floss while I'm out. Amazing!!! As you can see, I highly recommend JT. Fast, easy, and reliable. read more

I went to JT Family Dental for the first time a few weeks ago for a routine cleaning and had a wonderful, relaxed, and professional experience. I am definitely planning to use JT Dental from now on. First of all, dental experiences can give many people anxiety, but I would rest easily knowing that the dentist, Dr. Winterich, will do anything in his power to make you feel comfortable and at ease. The office manager, Tricia, is also wonderful. She was very polite, helpful, and made me feel welcome while I was filling out forms, waiting, and on my way out. Second, the office is beautiful and immaculate. It is so refreshing to walk into an updated, clean, high-tech, bright and modern office. The office has TV's in every room and the technology is cutting edge. Lastly, my overall experience was above and beyond that of any Dr's office that I am looking forward to my next cleaning in six months. Came here for the first time with my two teen sons. They had previously been going to a pediodontist. They felt ready to move on from a childlike setting and where a slight bit apprehensive. The receptionist, DeeDee was very kind and informative. The doctor himself came out to say hello as well. The boys really liked the hygienist and said she was also kind and gentle. They met the dentist and he gave them both a good check-up. Will definitely be coming here every six months. The office is also very clean and modern looking. read more

I have been going to JT Dental for a little over a year and feel it is the warmest dentist office. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. The receptionist Deede goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. My husband is in a wheelchair and needs assistance transferring to chair and Deede has always been happy to help. This office is great! Very friendly, helpful staff and a fast and thorough cleaning. I came to see Dr. Jeff Winterich at JT Family Dental for a standard cleaning and exam. The office was beautiful with a friendly staff and I was able to get a free Sonicare toothbrush for becoming a new patient. The appointment was an hour long, was on time, they accepted and were very helpful with my insurance... and I have since referred many family and friends. The personnel in this place are outstanding !! The hygienist, Maggie was very professional, she did a deep cleaning on my teeth, took her time to explain everything in detail and did a fantastic job. Dr. Winterich is AWESOME! Office space is very spacious, clean, welcoming, and super friendly staff. I drive over an hour to come here, pasting over 30 dentist office spaces. Had an emergency and after 17 calls this office took me in ASAP. From opening the door to adding my info to my procedure I can tell you I was never happy enough. Leila and the doctor spent time caring for my comport and for my pain management. I've never given a dental office or a dentist my review but after this today I was happy to do so as my experience was excellent. Highly recommend the office and dentist. From making sure everything went smoothly with insurance to putting on my preferred game on the big screen and quickly taking care of my teeth, it was the best dental experience I've ever had. If you're looking for a clean, friendly office, JT Family Dental is highly recommended. I was able to get a root canal with the permanent crown on the SAME day! I felt nopain and was completely at ease during this procedure. Good impression on my first visit to JT Family Dental for cleaning and oral exam. Very nice and friendly personnel. Rooms are organized and clean. Waiting time was less than 5 minutes. It was scheduled with Dr. Jeff Winterich. However I was surprised that I was handled by other dentist instead of Dr Jeff. Not sure why. I can't complain about the result though. read more
