I haven't owned a motorcycle in approximately 12 years, so when I started the process of shopping for a motorcycle, I definitely knew that I wanted to own a Harley. There wasn't much more than that at first. I had the fortune of meeting Dylan Hahn at the Adamec Harley Davidson dealership in Orange Park Florida during what was just a window shopping session. During my interaction with Dylan, I received some very sound and wise advice and a tremendous education in the Harley brand along with the some of the key characteristics associated with the various models of motorcycles available. More than this, I was totally put at ease on making what was a pretty overwhelming decision regarding the "right" bike for me. It is truly refreshing to be treated with such patience, care, and respect during what was for me a tough decision. I would recommend that anyone who is looking for their "right" bike reach out to Dylan. I am truly confident that the individual would be extremely happy with the level of customer service and care that Dylan brings to this process. The incredible experience didn't stop with the sale. Upon closing the deal, Dylan conducted a tour of the entire dealership where I was introduced personally to each of the department heads. During this time, I was educated to the innerworkings and specifics of each department and how each can be a benefit to me in the future. Every individual that I met treated me with the utmost in courtesy taking significant time to answer any questions I had, making recommendations, and generally welcoming me to the Harley family. Some of the other Adamec team members that I had the fortune to meet were Gary - Sales Manager, Tabitha - Retail Products Manager, and Bernie - Finance Manager. Each of these friendly and incredible people went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I could probably write a short book on the day that I spent with the entire team and all of the ways each made such a positive impact on me. To summarize this experience, this team of professionals does it better than anyone I have ever come across. I am more than stoked about owning my new bike but I am even more impressed by the experience that I was given during this entire process. I will be an Adamec customer for life and I look forward to seeing everyone at the Orange Park location again as I continue to maintain my bike, make enhancements to my bike, and enjoy the Harley community. Went in for a basic oil change and tire. Told them I want just the engine oil changed and no synthetic since it is changed every 5000 miles. Went to pick my bike up and they did a three hole change with synthetic. NOT WHAT I WANTED. They refused to return my bike until I paid the ransom. They did not wash the bike like they say they do, there were still bugs on it and dirty rims. The tires were 10 psi higher than they should have been. They have lost my business. Plenty of places to go that don't overcharge and do unwanted work. Places that value their customers. read more

I had an incredible experience at the Orange Park location. I was shopping for my first motorcycle and Jeff the sales manager had Sam work with me. Both Sam and Jeff were friendly, knowledgeable and spent the time to understand my needs / budget. after the deal was made, I had them deliver the bike to my house (including documents for all service history which was flawless!) this is when I met Dwayne the porter. He was awesome, super efficient and friendly. Honestly everyone I dealt with made me feel like I was joining the Harley family. Took bike in for service on 8/13/22, rode it home and parked it in the garage. The ride home is 27 miles. Went to wash it and found cracks in my tires. Brought it to the attention of the dealer, Matt informs me that the service report shows no other wear reported. Informs me that it's normal wear. The issue is with Matt's representation that they are in fallible and that if it did not get put on the service paperwork that it does not exist is the problem. I'm aware of the fact that I would need to replace any tire they had a crack in it unless the dealer sold me a tire that was well past its shelf life. read more

My husband came here to browse, got sucked in by a contest, and ended up buying a motorcycle. Hah! Yes, it did happen in that order. But, he was treated wonderfully by great salespeople and received an awesome deal. Every question he had was answered honestly and they went above and beyond their job to make sure he got something even better than he thought he could get for less money that he ever dreamed. This particular Adamec dealer is smaller than the one on Baymeadows and can be a bit claustrophobic in some areas. BUT (yes, a big but), they have a fantastic display of old and antique bikes up on the second story (viewed from the floor) that makes it worth visiting. They are under construction at the moment (getting a facelift) so you'll have to ignore the mess outside. read more

Had a Friend Park an Eight Passenger Medical Transport Bus in Their Parking Lot Today. While She was Shopping She was told Twice She couldn't park in their lot. She was the only Customer in the Store. Between Her Family, and Me We own Four Harley's. Not Much Chance of Us going back to Adamec Harley-Davidson. They said nothing to Me last week when I parked a 13 Passenger Bus in the Parking Lot. They lost at least a $50.00 Sale Today, plus Future Sales! read more

All of these Adamec stores sales sides are ridiculous. Asking THOUSANDS over msrp when fees and extras are added on when you can travel a few hundred miles and get a bike for UNDER msrp out the door not including sales tax. They have the least knowledgeable sales staff on the planet regarding the actual product and use the worst sales tactics iv ever encountered and I have been to DOZENS of HD dealerships and buy new bikes almost yearly. All that being said the service side seems pretty good.. it's sad as they seem to own the HD scene in Jacksonville. read more

Hey! I went to Adamec Harley in Orange Park Florida today. it's Oct18, 2023. I walked into the store where they seemed to be having an event. Its Biketoberfest. Not one person greeted me or helped me or said goodbye. Orange Park no more. I will shop at the St Augustine location. It's a shame that I had money to spend and Not One Person noticed. You own a Harley you want Harley products Right? Well unless they cost too much. I should of shopped earlier for boots cause I'm not paying $200.00. And when they stated saddle bags started at $500 I about fell back. LOL I have been a faithful shopper here for years but today I left empty handed. They have great customer service here though and they gift wrap. They did offer some great clearance on clothing today. I will return after the holidays and then I'm sure I will get what I want at a more reasonable price for my wallet and hopefully a BBQ Hamburger from the CMA's who I love to see out front some weekends. read more

This is the worst place to take a bike for service. They don't care about your property. They scratch and dent bikes and lie about it. They can lie all they want. This time I had witnesses that the bike did not have the damage the caused when it was dropped off there. Don't trust them with your bike, unless you don't care if it gets damaged. read more

Not impressed! A random visit to this store while in the area. I walked in and noticed 3-4 salesmen huddled up by the glass offices, not one of them stopped their conversation to greet or engage me. I wandered aimlessly around the showroom looking for a rubber kickstand coaster to use in my new garage. I walked around the entire store twice. Past the cashier, the parts counter and another office on the west side of the parts counter, without the attention of a single employee. Sadly they didn't know (or care) if I was there to buy a new bike, t-shirt or accessories. I doubt I'll return anytime soon. read more

My boyfriend went in today to check out the electric bikes and he was really disappointed by sales person. Not very helpful and did not seem enthused to talk with him. He then went to parts to try to find a gas cap for his bike, the person there again was not helpful and again did not seem like he wanted to help. You know now a days with on line shopping staff need to treat customers better and be friendly when the come in. read more

Absolutely the worst place to shop or take your bike too. Bunch of morons in their shop that have no clue what they are doing and they charge you out the a$$. Supervisor is a complete jackass and tries getting smart with you thinking he knows everything. Bought my first ever motorcycle from here. I couldn't take delivery of the bike that day. I was told that the bike had been sitting, so they were going to change the spark plugs and make sure that the bike was good to go. 3 Days later, I received a call that it was ready to go. They had a delay getting the specific spark plugs from Honda (I bought a VTX). 2 years later, I have barely rode it. I cant keep this bike on the rode. Took it to a (non Adamec) bike shop. While waiting, the CERTIFIED mechanic comes to me. There is a compression issue. The back, left spark plug is stripped out. Those special spark plugs from Honda, yeah, champion spark plugs, common size, can be found at any Walmart. If your Bike needs more than a back rest installed, go elsewhere. oh wait, mine didn't even need that. RUN!!! read more
