I always appreciate honesty especially when it saves me $$. Are they perfect? No, it's still humans doing the wrenching but they stand behind their work and have always addressed any post-work issues I've had. Being the place that everyone seems to bring their Fords into in this area means they have a lot of trucks at any time so don't be in a hurry.
