Most car salesmen fake caring about you, but Ryan really does care, not only through the sale, but with some issues that came up after the sale. From our first conversation, he responded to my text messages very quickly, answered every question I had, and provided all the information about the car, including the vehicle history and reports. He was knowledgeable, professional, and never made me feel pressured. He even brought the car from Kokomo to Indianapolis so I could take a quick 10-minute test drive before driving it back. That level of customer service was the first sign that this dealership truly values its customers. After comparing the other local options, I decided this was the best car for me. I made the trip to Kokomo, and the team had all of my paperwork prepared in about two hours, making the buying process smooth and efficient. One suggestion for future buyers: if possible, bring a cashier's check instead of a large amount of cash. I ran into a minor inconvenience during the cash verification process.
