I brought my three kids (ages 4, 6, and 8) for haircuts on October 30. We arrived right at 2:10 p.m., which had been pre-approved over the phone. My 8-year-old son, Kai, sat with a barber named Reid, who immediately spoke to him in an aggressive, impatient tone -- snapping at him to "hurry up," telling him there was "no way" he could do the haircut my son showed him, and blaming us for being "late." When I calmly asked him not to speak to my child that way, Reid turned his hostility toward me -- raising his voice, shushing me several times, and waving his hand to silence me in front of my children and other clients. It was humiliating and completely unprofessional. I spoke with someone in management who apologized, but no one else in the shop said a word or offered any acknowledgment. The lack of accountability and basic respect was astonishing. My son left embarrassed and upset, and I left furious that a professional would bully a child and treat a customer this way. We've been repeat customers, but after this experience I will never return. Avoid Reid at all costs.

This little barbershop is the shop to hit up! I relocated from Fort Worth and was in need of quality barbershop that could deliver a nice tight fade, a crisp edge up, and a clean beard trim for a young professional. What I got was more than I expected! Old school barber techniques are exactly that. Old school. It's refreshing seeing these younger cats bringing it back with hot towels, straight edge razors, reclining seats for the sharpest beard edge up, and using scissors with an experienced hand. I say the last because I comb over with an edged in line, my longer hair up top gets thick and slightly bushy between cuts, the thinning scissors came out and that helmeted look was taken care of. It's been a rarity for me to have a barber who works the scissors as well as they do the clippers. Make this place your barber shop, you won't regret it. read more
