Once you get in you are greeted by owner Tom and His Superb waitress Courtney! The music is so fun, old school hip hop, alternative and r&b. The prices are spot on and the all you can drink bottomless mimosas should be at the top of your list! Menu has anything breakfast starting with your omelets to eggs Benedict. I had the adams Combo which was on point! Hubs had the spinach and mushroom omelette with bacon. Delicious! But the mimosas.... OMG! Courtney kept them coming! Perfect pours and did not skimp on the glass. No champagne flute or carafe. Straight up Pilsner style glasses! Lol! We sat outside and watched the locals wake up and it was entertaining for sure. We have gone to Adam's egg a few times now. With my small dog (there is a separate section away from other diners for those with dogs). Every time I go here it is a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can often meet Adam himself working. The food is always delicious. I have mainly eaten breakfast here. I live locally and have been to a lot of the breakfast places in Daytona but ready to try something new. I've driven past AE many times and decided today was the day I'd go eat there. I'm glad I did! To be honest, the exterior of the restaurant made me hesitate a little bit. It's extremely close to (maybe part of?) an aging hotel that had seen better days, although to be fair they are fixing it up. No one was eating in the restaurant (12:30 in the afternoon) which generally makes me run for the hills, but I decided to throw caution to the wind. By the time we left, though, tables had filled up. Our waitstaff, Alexis, was delightful. She was fast, thoughtful, and very accommodating. The coffee was great. Best in the DB Shores area (it beat out Mike's, Cracked Egg, and Peach Valley, none of which have bad coffee but this was much better). The pancakes were FABULOUS! Light and fluffy, actually had flavor and didn't have the consistency of glue. I don't know where they get their bread from but I'm pretty sure it's baked by angels. My partner had French toast which was made from a baguette yet not dense and doughy, nor did it taste "egg-y" like some French toast tends to do. We had a side order of plain white toast and that bread was also fresh and delicious. If you're into carbs and coffee, go to Adams Egg. Ask for Alexis. Not a fancy restaurant, but it serves excellent food. The pancakes and egg dishes are great. The servers are friendly and helpful. The food prices are very reasonable. I didn't love brunch here; we did bottomless mimosa brunch and it was not the most fun experience. The food was fine; my friends enjoyed their food. Personally, I felt like the French toast was not good- it was basically French bread with maple syrup. The waitress handed us our checks as soon as we got our food, so it felt like we were being rushed. Moreover, as we continued to drink mimosas for the next hour, the waitress continued to make comments about how she wanted to go home, how we were "cleaning her out", etc. I felt like it was hard to enjoy bottomless mimosas because I felt like we were being an annoyance to the staff. If they want to have bottomless mimosas, I think they should be expecting guests to stay at least an hour-90 minutes. Most bottomless brunches I've been to have had a time limit of 90-120 minutes, which I personally liked. The experience overall was fine, but not ideal. read more

Took the wife and kid here because we like to eat local and this place reminds me of times as a kid eating at local places with my grandfather.
