Stopped in around 10:30 am following a procedure at the hospital. After fasting for 24 hours I was ready to eat. Fortunately it was a Tuesday morning and even though the booths were full there were tables available. We were met at the door by someone we believed to be the owner as he wasn't waiting tables but informed us we could wait 10 minutes for a booth or pick a table as he opened the door for folks coming and going. He later moved over by the bar area. We sat down ordered our food and watched as big plates of good looking omelets were marched out of the kitchen by the staff. Our server and the other servers were all kind, friendly and professional. We ended up ordering Fish and Chios ($16.99) and a breakfast plate of Corned Beef Hash, Eggs and toast ($15.99). The fish and chips were a great mixture of a not too thick batter and a flaky fish and the chios were the requested crispy to our liking. The breakfast was big just like the omelets we saw marching out of the kitchen earlier. Price points were spot on for the size and quality. We tried Oliv next door a couple of weeks ago which has the same owner and equally as good service so we figured this would be a good experience too. Definitely our new favorite brunch spot in the area. If anything could be improved would be the beer selection (the only beer on the menu is Michelob Ultra) or even a keg perhaps? Otherwise, there's wine and cocktails available.

My husband and I recently tried Brunch Daytona. It doesn't seem like they take reservations, and we waited about 25 minutes for an outdoor table. It was Bike Week, so I'm sure it was busier than normal, but the space itself is pretty small with a slightly quirky setup for a place labeled as "brunch." I'll admit I expected more of a brunch vibe -- things like bottomless mimosas, live music, or a more elevated menu -- but overall it felt closer to a diner experience. We both ordered the mimosa flight, which was fine but pretty average, nothing particularly fresh or over-the-top in terms of ingredients or presentation. I had the bacon pancakes, which were good but not anything memorable. I did like that the bacon was thick cut, and I added icing to create more of a sweet-and-savory combination, which helped. My husband had a muffin sandwich, and again, it was decent but felt like something you could easily get at a local diner. For a place branded around brunch, I expected daily specials or something a bit more unique. Service was also just okay. Our server was always on the go and never really stopped at our table. There wasn't much effort to explain the menu, check if we had questions, or suggest any items, which would have helped the overall experience feel more welcoming. Overall, I wouldn't discourage anyone from trying it, but I'm not in a rush to go back either. If I never dined here again, I'd be perfectly okay with that.

1st time. Loved it. I had the Hollywood Omelet. HUGE! Can I say it was HUGE! Packed with avocados, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and I chose feta cheese. Yummmmm. Loved the homemade strawberry jam for my toast. Staff very friendly.

Jackie was a delight for our server and I am so happy I went with the baked pancake! It's a house specialty, takes a little longer to make- but so good. I love fruit on or in my pancakes, waffles, french toast- you name it. I love fresh fruit! So a baked pancake loaded with blueberries, strawberries and bananas was already a hit as soon as they set it down! John ordered the corned beef hash breakfast plate and good gracious that was a ton of food. He actually finished his food before my plate hit the table- normally, that would annoy me, but I knew that I ordered something that took longer and I was grateful Jon ate his food while it was hot. And I may have snagged a couple bites of that hash- hmmm. I loved the huge patio out front and we considered sitting out there. The place got super busy in the time we were there, we had perfect timing before the mad rush. Coffee was good and they kept me topped off. Honestly- if I'm traveling south on 195, I could make this a repeat breakfast spot. It's that good!

Hugeeee portions, come prepared to eat! Drinks are decent and reasonably priced. Service was great. The food was delicious and gluten free safe! They had gluten free pancakes, gluten free waffles and you can swap out the home fries for hash browns on the skillets to make them gluten free. Definitely recommend eating here!

This is great find for breakfast Great prompt service and selection from. The menu. And if you want bloody Mary's or mimosas, great selection. Even get flight of mimosas. Stephanie was the waitress and did a really good job. Candyce got the bacon and cheese omelet and it was stuffed and the eggs were fluffy I got sausage Benedict. Very good and got the house potatoes. Very good and well seasoned A good find. Will return.

Highly recommend! We were greeted with a smile and invited to sit anywhere, which was a refreshing change. We had the strawberry banana walnut waffle and a specialty pancake. The pancake takes about 30 minutes, but it's worth the wait because it's huge, nice and thin, with crispy edges and a great texture. Both dishes were delicious and surprisingly not overly sweet. We'll definitely be back!

Omg!! I tried a "Dutch Baby" pancake (a pancake they make in a cast iron pan. Soooo tasty. Pieces of caramelized sugar. So different. You have to try it! I also got the Mediterranean bowl with fried potato chunks. Mm mm mm

Loved it! We went at noon on a Sunday and expected a wait but instead got right in! They have outdoor dining in front (overlooking parking lot) but inside was very nice. Our waitress (Elise) was very pleasant and smiley and the busboy with the dimples was efficient and nice to look at We had a really nice brunch experience! Def recommende.

I really love this brunch spot. Great weather to sit outdoors. I personally got two eggs over medium with toast and home fries. You know the home fries are delicious because of their golden color. I tried the strawberry blueberry banana Nutella French toast! it was satisfying and not overwhelming. There's more things I wanna try, but I took a few pictures of the French toast and the pancakes that someone had because it was very presentable. Definitely coming back!

Only giving it 4 stars because of how slow service started. My husband and I came in around 12:30 on a Sunday, we were seated at the bar and were immediately given waters by someone after that we sat there for atleast 10 minutes before the gentleman at the bar ( who im going to assume is the owner or manager) said something to one of the servers. Food was delicious and once we did get helped service was great. Would definitely try again.

Lovely brunch dining ambiance with spacious patio. Excellent attentive service from start to finish (Hostess/Server/Busser). Expansive menu with a variety of brunch staples and some specialties. As a vegetarian I gravitated to the Avocado Benny- they asked how poached I wanted my egg and they made it perfect! Great flavor-absolutely fresh ingredients. I had a granddaughter date- she ordered a chocolate chip waffle that looked like Chocolate Chip heaven. Overall amazing experience- thanks!

Found this place by accident and it is now on my list of favorite breakfast/brunch spots! They have outdoor seatings if you prefer to dine outside surrounded by plants. If you're worried that it would be too hot, they have fans installed on the sides. If you decide to dine in, it is a smaller space, but perfect for that intimate lunch date or get together with a small group of friends. They do have a bar, but I didn't get to try anything. Their decor and theme reminds me of a smaller Cracker Barrel, but chic. The service was great and it only took about 10- 15 mins for our food to be ready. We ordered an omelet, fruits, scrambled eggs, pancakes, corned beef hash, breakfast sausage, coffee, and their Mediterranean open sandwich breakfast which is very rich since they lather a lot of basil pesto. That's the only reason I took off one star, it was drenched heavily with the sauce and turned the ciabatta soggy. Other than that, everything tasted great!
