I purchased the engine in August then had the truck towed to them/Brandywine Installations in Sept 2020. They called just before Thanksgiving (Nov 2020) to say they were replacing the engine that week and be finished before Thanks giving. I called after Thanksgiving and they said they were still working on it. Finally around 3rd wk of Dec 2020 that called back and said the engine they put in was bad and they would have to get another, engine but should be finished around Christmas. Christmas came and went. I called repeatedly for them to say they were "test driving it"....this went on for weeks. They finally called end of Jan 2021 to say they installed 2 engines and it still isn't working...."MAYBE" it's the computer. They sent me back to the rep that sold me the engine and he said "they think its the computer and I'll look up the cost and call you back with an estimate". It is now APRIL and NO ONE HAS CALLED....TEXTED....OR EMAILED. I'm going to have it towed to the Chevy dealer and have them diagnose the truck. BRANDYWINE INSTALLATIONS may know how to swap out an engine but they cant do anything else or my truck wouldn't have been there over 6 months with them with their thumbs up their A$$....INCREDIBLE

I have spent thousands of dollars and have the receipt to prove it. As kind as Doc is the Mechanics are shady. Every time I got my car back it was in worst shape then it was when I took it there. Before I could even get the car home every light on the dash was on flashing. It would shut off and it would be days before it would start. I wouldn't advise any woman to take a car there because I feel that as a woman you are taking full advantage of. The work is not guaranteed and nothing they do is warranted. I would have been better off taking it directly to a Honda dealership, at least the parts and labor would have been under warranty. I'm trying not to be bitter, but better. Doc has a really good personality and I trusted him. This was the third shop that I had used to repair my car and the other two were worst. My vehicle has not been in good running condition since 2023. After it was all said and done Doc told me that in hindsight he would have told me to replace the engine and I was going to do that, but a month prior I recommended my daughter have them change her oil, last week when she was taking me to a doctors appointment her oil light and engine light came on and started flashing. Her car has less than a hundred thousand miles on it and has never giving her any problems. She had only had the oil change less than a month ago. That changed my mind about allowing them to replace my engine which according to Doc would cost me $3,800. I have never seen the righteous forsaken nor his seed begging bread and I've never seen any bad deed go unpunished. It's called GREED. That is because I haven't had a great experience with either of them. After having a very terrible experience at JJ's Auto service which is right next door and please see my review for that. I had an excellent experience at Boswell's which is where I got everything fixed for a fraction of the price. Bill and Tom, the latter of whom is the owner we're super friendly and nice. Tom's wife answers the phone and is polite and courteous. I wanted the job done quickly and efficiently so that I could get my car back on the road otherwise I wouldn't be able to move forward with the rest of my work in business meetings they were very understanding of that and made sure that they did everything to accomplish it and exceeded my expectations I have absolutely nothing horrible to say about them because they're such wonderful folks and apparently they've been in business for a very long time and they know what they do and they're good at it. If you ever find yourself stuck in the area and need car repairs I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone

Long story short. I said NO and took my vehicle to Young's Auto Service and not only did they replace my stud, but they also replaced my back brakes and the cost was under half of what the Dodge dealership wanted to charge for replacing the one stud they broke.
