Purchased a used side by side rxr from Adams. They took great care of us, friendly staff, and an inviting office! Enjoyed working with them!

I will definitely come back here for my next used car…read more I have always wanted a kei truck since high school and saw one on the lot at Tyacke. The time at the dealership was quick and we got to drive it home about an hour after we got to the dealership. Then I had some back news where Tyacke was able to come in and go above and beyond. The next day I brought it home - the truck would not start up. I was devastated as I was really excited about the vehicle. I knew that a used car dealer had no obligation to help when I bought a 30yr old car as is. I reached out to Chris just to let him know what was going on and how I felt. Chris offered to take the car and look at it for me and found that there was a huge issue with the engine. What shocked me is that he gave me an option at that point - we could undo the sale and I could go on my merry way - or they could help get it running again with a new engine they located. I chose to trust Chris and see how far the repair path would go, I really wanted this thing running again! It took longer than either of us expected but. This went above and beyond to be fair throughout the process even covering payments for the car while it was in the shop for a few months. While the process was a few months, I got my truck back running better than ever! I think it can be hard to find people with integrity and looking to do the right thing for customers and the community - Chris and Tyacke have it all.

Our Sales Rep John knew every detail of his product and provided us outstanding service on the day of delivery. I traveled from NV to Provo GMC to purchase a truck since the dealerships in Las Vegas had limited inventory and wanted to be difficult when it came to closing a deal. Not the case with Joe and his team. They responded immediately to my online inquiry and notified me they had two of the vehicles in stock. By the end of the day, we had agreed to a price that was lower than any other dealership had quoted me. On top of that, they promised to hold the vehicle for me until I could drive up from Las Vegas. The day of delivery could not of gone smoother. The truck looked amazing and John made sure we understood how everything worked since I was upgrading from a 2006 GMC Sierra that lacked all the new tech. John has even reached out a couple times post purchase to make sure I have no questions. Bottomline, I give Provo GMC my highest marks and whole heartedly recommend them. They operate with transparency and integrity, which made working with them a fantastic experience.

Expectation vs. Reality…read more I purchased a vehicle from Provo GMC and have driven it less than 2,000 miles. In that short time, it's already been in the shop three times and now it needs a completely new engine. Before the engine failure, I even tried to sell it back to Provo GMC at a financial loss, hoping to cut my losses early, but they wouldn't even consider it. It's clear to me now that there were underlying issues from the beginning. I'm incredibly disappointed by how this situation has been handled and by the lack of accountability from the dealership. I expected better both in terms of product quality and customer care. You have my all my info to call me so just do that!

They were loud and very unprofessional. I purchased a Dodge Journey, and from the moment I received the car, there were immediate red flags. The vehicle showed that it needed an oil change, and one of the tires required air the same day I drove it off the lot. When I reached out to Jess, I was told the mechanic was unavailable due to illness, which made me question whether the vehicle had been properly inspected at all. When I returned the following day, I was instructed to contact the bank regarding my loan and was told not to mention any issues with the vehicle because they were supposedly being addressed. I was also asked to tell the bank that I had paid a $1,000 down payment, even though I had only paid $400 (with a $20 tip). As a first-time car buyer, I felt pressured and uncomfortable with these instructions. Later, while I was out of town for a family funeral, the car began overheating and smoking within just a few days of purchase. Jess encouraged me to drive it back to Provo despite the condition of the vehicle, but it became clear the car was not safe to operate. I ultimately had to park it and return the keys to the dealership. At that time, Jess acknowledged that the mechanic had not properly inspected the car and had only performed an oil change and checked the tire pressure. After several days without updates on the repairs, I informed Jess that I wanted to cancel the contract and requested a refund of my deposit. I was initially told the deposit was non-refundable; however, I explained that the circumstances--including the incorrect information I was asked to provide to the bank--invalidated the agreement. I provided proof of my actual payment and stated I would pursue legal action if necessary. Only then was I told the deposit would be refunded. Despite this, it has now been several months, and I still have not received the refund. I have documentation of all communication and have reported the situation to the bank as well. My overall experience reflects poor communication, lack of proper vehicle inspection, and significant concerns about the sales process.
