Friendly service and a nice vibe. Prices were reasonable. The food, for me, was only OK. BBQ is one of those things, you like what you like so if a place has their own style it might not mesh with your taste buds. I had the pork plate with baked beans and steak fries (comes with toast too). They put the bbq sauce on in the kitchen, no sauces on the tables - so you get what you get. This is probably my biggest gripe. I like variety with sauces and especially sweet/hot sauces. This was a run of the mill regular BBQ sauce. But the pork was nicely smoked and you get a decent portion. Maybe it was on the menu and I missed it, but I wished it was shredded and not sliced. The steak fries were different. Basically a potato quartered with a bit of seasoning and deep fried. Totally not what I expected, but they were good (I would have loved the seasoning kicked up a bit). The beans were too oniony for me - and that is saying something because I like onions (I think they use green onions and it was a texture thing too). Toast was great. It was an a-OK meal. I didn't NOT like anything, but I didn't love anything either. It was a pleasant friendly meal. Go try it and see if you like it! BBQ tastes vary. read more

This out 4th visit in 4 weeks. absolutely one of my favorite places to eat. We have tried the Chicken, spare ribs, baby back ribs, brisket and the Bacon burger. Haven't landed on an all time favorite yet. that said the coleslaw and fries are absolutely amazing. the Staff have been great. not only are they super friendly but they remember us (even if we changed days) and what we have eaten. All i will say is everyone has different tastes and likes different things so this is our experience only. My hubby liked the ribs on the sampler platter and not the baby back ribs. I preferred the baby back ribs over the (no taste) sliced meats on the sampler platter. The potato salad and the baked beans were blah, the cobbler was ok but again i waited for the flavor to pop but it never did. I would say to give it a try, it may be your taste just not ours. read more

Adam's Ribs has truly gone downhill. I usually get brisket by the pound to make sandwichee for my family. Last time it was all crumnled up. Tonight is was so grated that it was like paste. They should be embarrassed to charge for this inedible mess. I had to through it out after no one in my family would eat it. This was my last staw and we will not be going back. Tried this place for the first time and got a platter with the ribs and sausage, brisket and fried okra and baked beans on the side. The sauce was the main thing I enjoyed as well as the okra. The meat was okay and the beans were kind of hard. Wasn't good but it also wasn't bad. Will be trying something else on the menu next time and see. read more

Had the smoked pork platter with fries and green beans and it was delicious. I am used to eating BBQ that is drenched in sauce. Adam's Ribs doesn't do this and with good reason. The pork is outstanding by itself and the amount is just right to flavor an already great smoked pork. Server was friendly and attentive and never left my drink empty. The order came out fast. The place is clean and family owned so another good reason to support an area business. I will be back soon. read more

The service was great here and the meat tasted okay, but that's as good as I can give it. I had the brisket platter with the steak fries and the baked beans. I thought the beans had a weird flavor and only lukewarm. The steak fries were literally a potato just quartered and cooked. Very weird and the flavoring didn't make it all the way thru. The meat itself was okay, but there were no choices on sauce, or even how much sauce you could put on it. It came out pre-sauced (with about half what I would pick) and the sauce itself was just bland. I doubt we'll be back. read more

I ordered take out tonight 9/7/22. I ordered the whole rack of ribs, cole slaw and curly fries. The ribs were mediocre at best. The meat was dry, and I looked like a wild animal trying to get the meat off. The only thing that made it ok was the sauce. The curly fries were soggy and tasted like they were microwaved. The coleslaw did not have much flavor. For practically $30 for the dinner, I expected better. I would not order this again. My wife got the sandwich special with coleslaw for $10.99. She seemed happier with that. Definitely an ok deal for $10.99. Overall, I was not happy with the experience. I probably won't be ordering again read more

Tried it a second time after 4 years and it is still just as horrible as the first time. Cold food, without taste and you can tell they use Sisco prepared BBQ meat. When you enter a BBQ place and there is NO line and NO smoke smell, you know it is just reheated meat. This place is an insult to all types of meat. If you think for one second this is good, you have not had actual BBQ in America. They would do well to hire and actual pitmaster and revamp everything. I waisted yet another $30 on junk. There is no way they smoke their meats or make any sauce. Arby's is way better. read more

My girls and I came in for lunch and the food was awful, the brisket was dry and had no flavor at all, I wouldn't have known it was meat if I didn't order it myself. You also only get four small slices of brisket for the plate combo, I got green beans as a side and the were cold, not seasoned no taste with rubbery bacon that had no flavor. I didn't think it was possible to make bacon flavorless. The salad was nothing special but the best part of the meal unfortunately. My both of my daughters cheeseburgers were burned. I don't know if it was an off day but this was the worst restaurant I've eaten at! read more

Owners small child throwing a very loud fit on the floor when we walked in. Server coughed in her hand several times and sneezed without washing her hands before serving us our food. Ribs seemed to boiled and baked not smoked. When I asked about getting some of the different BBQ sauces with my order that they advertised on the wall, was told they only sold them in bottles. We made the perfect choice to have Adam's Rib cater for us. My fiancé's dad had been in a local Pueblo rehabilitation facility for 3 months and the staff took excellent care of him and we wanted to show our appreciation to all of the rehab employees who had cared for our dad. We live in Denver and this request could have been a bit tricky trying to make this happen via a phone request to accommodate all the employees as there were not one but two shifts of care givers that we wanted to treat. Adams Ribs catered our Firemen's Banquet in Fowler and we loved it, so decided to try out the restaurant. Just as delicious. We both had the beef brisket sandwich. I had mine with coleslaw and pile it onto my sandwich. Hubby's side was froed okra and he said it was really good. I think next time I might get their chicken dinner plate as I remember their chicken being awesome at the banquet. Will definitely visit again. Also, the building itself is really cute with fun wall deocrations and nice color scheme. The booths are jice and clean and very comfortable, with good spacing between booth and table. read more
