Great family run resturant run by the Musso farm family. Located close to County High School, this restaurant is a great destination. It wasn't on the menu but was told by our server that they had chicken fried steak still available. They serve breakfast and lunch menus all day. If its available...order it! It comes with 2 eggs any style, potatoes and smothered in choice of gravy, green chili or both. I chose both and was well worth it. The chicken was so large that it flowed over the plate and covered the eggs. I had to search for the eggs. Potatoes were perfect breakfast type and added to the meal. There was so much food I took home enough for another meal. We also had the breakfast burrito smothered in green chili. The sausage added a nice kick to the meal. Definitively a must stop when for breakfast when in Pueblo. read more

It wasn't very busy, we were there around 2ish. We were greeted nicely. She took our drink order then came back for pur food. I ordered the cheeseburger, my son the bada bing burger and my hubby ordered the chef salad. Both burgers were very dry and over cooked. The ranch dressing for the salad was watery. She never came back to see if we needed drinks. I had to find her get refills. I did shop their store and bought 2 things of fresh made pasta and we got 2 cinnamon rolls. Our total before tip was $82.26, $24 of which was the pasta and cinnamon rolls. It was a very pricey meal for 2 burgers and a salad. Won't be back. read more

Ate at Musso's on July 1, 2025 had the Musso's Famous Sicilian Slopper Sandwich. The meat was over cooked and did not even cover the bun. was a little bigger than a golf ball in size. Wife had hamburger and said the hamburger tasted old. Grandson had pancakes and they were over cooked. Will not be stopping for lunch again. read more

The restaurant is in the middle of nowhere, in the far East side of pueblo, where all the farms are. They own one of them, The Musso Farm, which in my opinion, is the best of all pueblo farms. I have visited their farms a couple of time and wanted to give the restaurant a try. The place inside is cute, I like their decor. The place do not impress from the outside, but the inside is better, trust me. The staff is just ok, I which the waitress had told me that the food I ordered for my daughter was spicy. Even my food was to spicy, I can't not finish the Sicilian sausage sandwich. I was crying while eating half of it. I took most of the food home to eat it the next day because my mouth was on fire. So, I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes spicy food. read more

What the heck is a CHIMIBURGER? Awesome, that's what. Plus there's something about green chile sauce over everything including the fries that makes it to die for. Literally...because who knows what kind of (bad) nutrition is in the entire meal. But that doesn't exactly come to mind while you're digging in. The only reason I knocked it down a star is because of the service...While the lady was super sweet, she was considerably slow to take our orders even though we were one of the first ones there. The other waitress seemed pre-occupied "socializing" with some regulars. I don't know how the waitstaff is supposed to be run, but they don't seem to be doing so efficiently. read more

Great breakfast. Restaurant was very clean. Service was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant.

To sum up what I'm about to write, this is a family owned whole in the wall restaurant with friendly service and diner type food. At least that's the impression I got after my one time experience. When we walked in there was no clear sign to tell us to seat ourselves or wait to be seated and all the servers were busy so we just picked a table and sat. No one complained so this must have been ok. The service was a little slow, they were pretty busy, but she was very friendly and apologized for it taking longer. It really wasn't that long. We ordered the full size Italian Philly sandwich with fries and a bowl of green chile with the tortilla. The sandwich seemed small to me, but it was tasty. I think he fries were hand cut, very yummy. The green chile seemed homemade, it was spicy (which I like) and was the kind if chile that'll stick to your ribs (thick and flavorful). Oh, and the tortilla was also homemade and delicious. Over all, I wouldn't drive out of my way to eat here but I wouldn't run away from it either. I wish I could give it 3.5*. It was good but it didn't 'wow' me. Maybe it's the homemade pasta that I missed out on?! read more

I've been a fan Musso's Farm for many years. Love their sausage, their peppers and have eaten here at the restaurant many times with very few problems. So after being away for awhile, my family and I thought it might be nice to go to the restaurant, then hop over to the farm for some fresh produce and green chilies... However, I have to say today was a disappointment to say the least. We placed our order with a very cranky older waitress. My son wanted his curly fries smothered in green chili and she told him "we don't do that. You'll have to get it on the side." Really? Uh, okay...? We all ran out of water and had to ask for refills, and she only brought one back. We waited 40 minutes for food and it must have been sitting there for quite awhile because ALL of our meals were cold and looked dry. The green chili had a crust on it. When I asked if she could "zap" my food to warm it up she was actually offended and upset with me for even asking. When she put my mom's meal down, she accidentally knocked over my mom's water and BLAMED MY MOM! My son never got his side of green chili for his fries, and she never came back to the table, despite the fact that I had to go to the counter twice for my table with water refills. When we went to pay we told her, he never got his chili and said barked back "yes he did!" After we all definitively told her he didn't, She looked at the ticket and said "I didn't charge him for it anyway." However, the bill for 3 meals somehow came to $41... pretty expensive for 3 sandwiches that come with fries, and 3 waters. But by that point we were done arguing with her, over her attitude, and disappointed with the entire experience. So we paid it and left. The service there has always been good in the past, the food has always taken longer than most, but never took 40 minutes, and the taste of the food always made up for any issues we may have had... Not this time. Things have apparently changed a lot since the last time I was there... I will ALWAYS be a fan of Musso's farm, but sadly. it will be a LONG time before I go back to the restaurant. read more

First time eating here and the worst service I have ever had! The wait staff were obviously feuding and the customer service was severely affected by this. Though the food was ok, the manner in which we were served completely negated the taste. We should have walked out when we realized that we were being ignored after being seated. My sister had to ask for menus and it took forever to just get our drink orders. Meanwhile another table was seated, had their drinks and food ordered after we had been seated. Our drinks were all ice and the waitress said she would return with straws, which never happened. Once our food arrived, it was given to the wrong table and the waitress kept lifting up the bread on our sandwiches to see what they were with her bare hands. She kept telling us our waitress just walked out the door and hadn't written the table number on our order. Suddenly our waitress appears and says she was waiting on the tables ourside and asked about our food. We told her that nothing was right and she started blaming the other waitress saying if she had delivered the food, it would all be correct and shows us the ticket and points to the table number. Then the other waitress comes over and tells us it wasn't her fault and tells us again that the table number wasn't on the ticket. What a mess! The customers at the table where our food was incorrectly delivered turned around and told us she had never seen anything like this place either. They also were not happy. Our waitress gave us Musso dollars to come back and kept telling us this wasn't her fault and wouldn't leave us alone. None of those at our table want to go back! I know that everyone has a bad day and I was trying very hard to see it that way, but this only touches the surface of how bad this experience was! We will not go back! read more

Great home cooked food at Musso's I ordered a slopper...a open face cheeseburger with homemade green chile....which came with waffle fries. The food was fantastic. No complaints about the taste and the amount of food is perfect to ease your hunger. Now, the issues.... The waitstaff never refilled my Coke...I would have asked if they ever returned after bringing our food. I have this drink rule of thumb...I should never seek out a server to ask for a refill. Second...we had to ask a few times to get our check. It probably took us 15 minutes to get a response. Once the server brought over our ticket, she informed us that she did not add up the total bill yet. I didn't know if that was our clue to pull out the calculators ourselves or if that was her informing us that she simply forgot to total the bill. She then ran off before we could stop her and let her know we would pay at the counter. Now, this place is not that big, so its near impossible to forget about a table..but somehow our server did. Had it in their Sicilian Omelette and husband had it in the Fuhgetaboutit grinder. My New Yorker husband was impressed (and that's REALLY hard to do out here!). Clean, friendly, super-quick service. This is definitely a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere. My husband's family is from Pueblo and his cousins decided to take us here for breakfast one morning. My immediate thought was "we drove out here for this?" Even after I received my plate I was unimpressed. But all that changed with the first bite. I ordered what the cousin ordered which was fried eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and sliced pueblo chilies. Let me tell you my whole attitude changed after that first bite. Everything was delicious. The homemade Sicilian sausage was amazing. Every time I talk about our visit to Pueblo I have to mention this incredible hole in the wall diner. If ever I'm visiting Pueblo again, I'm requesting we go here every morning. read more
