"You're next", and then left entire families standing on the front sidewalk for anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. And still longer. We left when after 45 minutes waiting my husband heard the hostess say to him and 3 other customers, "you're next". If your goal was to make a lot of money off of a lot of different families, I'm afraid you may have accomplished that goal and then lost customers for the rest of the year. Every single person waiting was so angry. Even the ones leaving. You should fire the manager and hire someone who fosters integrity and service.
