After giving me an estimate, he even came back the next day to double-check the flat roof area--even though I was only asking for an estimate for the shingles, as I thought that was where the leak was--and to make sure there was no additional damage, even though he didn't know if I was going to go with him to repair my roof. That level of care really showed how thorough and reliable he is. His crew was equally impressive--professional, clean, and clearly experienced. They set up everything flawlessly and even took the extra step of cleaning up my neighbor's area when the work was done. What really stood out was how much Gino goes out of his way for his customers. He even drove all the way from Brooklyn to New Jersey just to pick up the colored shingles my mom wanted because they weren't available locally. On top of that, he made extra installations at no cost, despite already giving me a discounted price, and even provided a brand-new gutter free of charge out of his own pocket. Based on our experience, I'm just not sure the service is reliable if you're in a rush to get your windows done. In our case, we had an upcoming condo showing and were hoping to have the windows cleaned within 2 weeks. If John is reading this, we'd love to find out why he never showed. We were quite bummed about it but are now looking for other window washing services in our area.

Let me say he is thorough, he power washed my driveway multiple times until he was satisfied with how it looked. He then added sand, and sealed the pavers on the driveway, back yard and had already did the pointing. The price was very fair for the amount of work performed especially since I know the sealer is quite expensive. Not only do I recommend them but I have saved his info for next time. On top of all of this they are genuinely friendly and it's a pleasure to speak with them. I would recommend them to anyone!

He came out and took a look at let me know that my particular situation didn't require his services, but he did let me know exactly what needed to be done to solve the problem. Then he recommended a plumber (Mazzone) that would fix one facet of the whole issue. After the owner of the plumbing company came out and fixed what he needed to quickly and at a very reasonable price the worker from Arid came out to view the final phase of my problem. Patrick (the owner) gave me an appointment for his workers to install a sump pump. The first pictures are of the check valve portion of the project. The second picture is an extension installed by Mazzone to my check valve two feet below my basement floor. The third set of pictures are from the completed job by Arid. The workers from Arid were very polite and worked quickly and very effectively with a great deal of carefulness for my home and living spaces. I completely recommend both these companies for any waterproofing projects you may find that you need.

I had water damage to one of my room upstairs due to a radiator leak. I wasn't sure if we needed to do just the 1 room or the whole upstairs since the wood is all connected. When I had spoken to him on the phone he said there may be a slightly different color if we do just the one room. So before he came out, I asked if he can get us both quotes. He came out when I wasn't home but my wife was. He didn't measure anything. Look at the room where the damage was and left. He didn't look at the rest of the upstairs. I didn't get a message for him so I texted him. He gave me a quote for the one room. I asked, do you have a quote for how much it would be for the whole upstairs. He said he didn't look at the other room upstairs. I described the size of the other room upstairs and he texted back with a quote. I asked if you can send me in writing the 2 quotes. He said he has to charge me $150 for the quotes. Then I said, "What? Why?" He never responded. Just in case he didn't see it, I text him again the next day. He didn't respond again. Extremely disappointed with him and his lack of response.
