What I really appreciate is how he broke down the steps to make it simple and clear and had us practice in between to help us feel confident. I just completed a CPR training and Josh was very friendly and thorough during the class. It's a combination of video and actual practice on the adult dummies, child dummies and infant dummies. The instructor provides advice, explains each segment in detail (including what you would use, etc.) In addition to CPR, First Aid training is also covered. The great thing is their able to provide training onsite at your office--so convenient! Overall, I've had a great experience and would recommend Adams Safety Training to renew your certification! This is my 3rd training with Adams and each of my experiences has been wonderful! I've had Sarah as an instructor twice, and I appreciate her direct and informative style. Information is presented in an understandable fashion, and is thorough, yet concise. I've been in many other trainings over the years as a fitness professional and working with youth, and I highly recommend Adams. I have always learned to use Staying Alive to pace compressions, so it was neat to learn that Ray Adams' wife was the one to establish it as a tool since it is exactly 100bpm. This is probably one of the best renewal classes i've done. Others are always like 4-5 hours long, huge groups and just soooo boring. This class was for only ten girls, we all had done cpr before so we didn't have 1 million questions to ask and only 3 hours :) Instructor was detailed and explained all the new changes the AHA has made. read more

I am giving 4 stars because the presenter was very knowledgable. It was very helpful that he made the class practice CPR on three different kinds of dummies. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I felt training would be more effective if more role play/ hands on interaction and breaks were incorporated into the lesson. If there were more breaks and interactions I feel that it would help learners have more time to process the information/ steps we need to do in case of an emergency. read more
