I've had enough Brazilian waxes over the years to know the difference between normal post-wax sensitivity and a service that didn't go right. The result was severe burning and discomfort that has continued for more than a week. This wasn't a little redness or minor irritation. More than a week later, the discomfort still has not fully gone away, and I've never experienced anything like this after a Brazilian wax before. I also attempted to contact management afterward to discuss the situation and request a refund, but I was unable to reach a manager or get clear information about when one would be available. Unfortunately, between the outcome of the service and the lack of follow-up, I will not be returning.

I don't recommend anyone get a gel manicure by this particular staff member. Also, when applying the gel polish and using the LED light, the light instantly began to burn due to improper application of the gel polish.
