She gave me recommendations on how to better the process, and we spoke the whole time, which makes the process (for me) a lot more bearable. She is smart. She is nice. I've had enough Brazilian waxes over the years to know the difference between normal post-wax sensitivity and a service that didn't go right. The result was severe burning and discomfort that has continued for more than a week. This wasn't a little redness or minor irritation. More than a week later, the discomfort still has not fully gone away, and I've never experienced anything like this after a Brazilian wax before. I also attempted to contact management afterward to discuss the situation and request a refund, but I was unable to reach a manager or get clear information about when one would be available. Unfortunately, between the outcome of the service and the lack of follow-up, I will not be returning.

Again, the pedicure was fantastic but the manicure was horrible. Nails were thick and she made my cuticles bleed. I gave this place one more try but it is the last one. There was definitely a language problem because I told her NOT to cut the toenails too short as this causes ingrown toenails. She obviously did not understand and cut them way way way too short.
