Great selection of tees and other apparel that have that fresh Bay Area vibe. Definitely partial to The City and surrounding cities. I love all the tees that pay homage to San Francisco. The graphics they use, the fonts they utilize are both familiar and refreshing all at once. We came in on a Sunday afternoon while I was home for the weekend. They were doing a little construction in the showroom but the tees are displayed where you can see them from anywhere inside its doors. It's a small space but everything you may need to buy is displayed prominently. I picked up a couple of '93 Til tees that's their collaboration with Souls of Mischief. I got colors that were not previously in stock at the Serramonte Mall location so I was happy with that. Service was friendly. I was in and out of there in less than 15 mins... Lots of other nice things to buy but I had to hold back. Next time for sure. read more

I've been a supporter of Adapt since they first started. I was their first customer at their B&M location and have been coming here since before they were officially open for business. I am a big fan of their designs and love the fact that they are local to the Bay Area. There's nothing quite like supporting a local business and watching them grow over the years. When they announced that they were opening up a local store I was stoked because I like to have a chance to see and try on their stuff before I buy. Great local store in the city. I love supporting local businesses! They make great t-shirt/hoodies. I personally like getting stuff for our local sports team (Giants/Sharks/49ers!). They're only open in the afternoon but the lines are usually not TOO long. I would definitely check online first to see what you're interested in before going. They don't have shirts hanging on racks more like in display cases. It's best to see it on someone (which is why i say check online first). Note, they don't have a true dressing room! but you could try it on there if you like. read more

My fiance wanted to buy a shirt so we went here which was really convenient for us since we live close by. Parking is steet parking which we found in a breeze. I wasn't shopping so I decided to observe the place. Very organized. I love how the store is set up. It's small, but clean. Love the computer where shoppers can go on the Adapt website to see what other things they want to buy. It's easy to shop. Workers there are very helpful. We had an older women who had a smile on her face from ear to ear. Made the place very comforting. Transaction was a breeze. Their register was their iPad, which took less than a minute. She gave us an Adapt sticker with our purchase. I recommend this place to Niner, A's, Warriors, Raider, and all other sports fans. read more

I purchased a few women's t-shirts from here, the design dope, the customer service great, shipping was quick, and they did say that women's clothing ran smaller and to order a size up (thanks for the heads up). Everything was great until I put the clothes in the wash (cold water, low dry) and maybe it was just my batch of t-shirts but they all warped, and shrunk significantly. So for the actual quality and longevity, the product does not last that long....think something like a Forever 21 type cotton/material. Very cool design but not so great quality for the price. read more

Should've known the experience was going to be jacked from the get. First off, ordered online after struggling to find anything in stock or in size. After placing my order, got an email that one of the tees was not in stock. They offered to replace it with a tee that was in stock in the right size. I agreed although it wasn't the shirt I had really wanted. The shirts I received were too big. Decided to drive over to the store to check out the on-site inventory instead of going through the unreliable online ordering again. Not exactly what happened. Had to sit at a desk with a computer and check inventory via their website. I could've done that at home. The customer service was SHITTY!!! Major turn off. Chick couldn't have been any less helpful and rude. Acted as tho we were bothering her. Bad look for this local company. It gets worse: exchanged the shirts in the store for the right size. Got home an opened up one of the shirts...wrong size! The bag had the wrong size written on the outside. What a waste of time and hassle. I'll be looking for another local company to get some Niner gear and will take my business elsewhere. I was willing to give another chance after the hassle of their online ordering but the customer service was completely uncalled for. read more

Came here on a weekend and it was pretty busy so it was hard to communicate well with the staff or look around thoroughly. I came back on a weekday to exchange my tank and the lady was super nice and helpful and it was easy for her to help me since I was the only one in the store at the time. Parking isn't too bad around here, both times I found close street parking. I'll be back for some more product soon! read more

Me and my friend had an amazing shopping experience with this company today. We went to Fully Laced and they didn't have many of the adapt brand items available.We were shopping at the last minute for 49er gear for the Monday night game. The sales girl was extremely helpful and gave us the name and address of the Adapt store. We arrived at 11am and noticed the shop didn't open til 12! I call the number and figured we'd first make sure they had our sizes available and we would just kill time. The woman working the store was amazing. She had our sizes and even agreed to open the store early since we were already there. I work at a hotel so I know about great customer service, but this woman was above and beyond! She even was kind and patience when we kept asking to try other sizes. I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name but because of her I'm even going online and buying another sweatshirt. read more
