Guy working was super nice and the price is perfect. 5 minutes ride got in 10 laps if not more. Had a blast with the kids.

Worst go cart experience ever. Don't go here and waste your money. Their go carts don't work and staff are rude.

On May 24, 2025 we made a family trip to WI Dells. We took our kids go carting and it was their first time driving their own carts. Super exciting, right? Nope! My mom and oldest son were the last to load into the carts. The lady in front of my mom couldn't get her cart going and the attendant had to restart it. Then it died halfway through her first lap. Our son ended up in their fastest machine and lapped everyone 3 times. My mom ended up in the one with faulty breaks. After her final lap the attendant directed her to pull right to where we started. However, her breaks never engaged. She pushed the pedal down several times and it didn't work. She was worried about hitting the young kids at full speed who were parked so she went left and hit the deviator at full speed. She took the path that would cause the least amount of injuries. The deviator detracted and came up over the front of her go cart, hitting her hand and head. She ended up breaking her middle finger and having severe swelling in her right hand. Thankfully her hand was in front of her face so she didn't end up being hit directly in the face or knocked out. When everyone there used their breaks, the carts continued to roll forward. When we let them know the breaks were faulty, they blamed my mom saying she didn't know what she was doing. They were extremely condescending and rude. There was zero empathy and they made zero attempts to at the very least ask if she was ok. Nor did they offer a hand to help me get her out of her go cart because she couldn't get out on her own with one hand. When I left to take my mom to the hospital, my husband and kids stayed behind for a few minutes to help with a separate medical emergency that was unrelated to this place. They saw the attendant put the go cart that my mom's accident happened in back on the track without checking it over and without cleaning it (she'd bled on the steering wheel after the deviator hit her). They do not take proper care of their equipment and will 100% blame any accidents on a customer rather than maintaining their machines to keep everyone safe. I understand that there isn't anything to regulate places like this but there's no excuse for their equipment to be in such disrepair. Nobody can say "go carts just do that...they never fully stop". The ones at Mt Olympus have no problems and will stay stopped after removing your foot from the break. This place is a death trap waiting to happen and should not be open until they fix their equipment and get better staffing. read more

So fun! Will definitely hit again, should we decide to revisit the Dells. (I'd say go with the majority of recommendations on here: Do not pay for "extra time". Just buy one ride, then pay for a second.) read more

Yuck, if you could put no stars I would. Scam, short and sweet. 2 courses 13 carts til. At least 49 people. Do the math at 5 minutes per ride. No refunds, been standing for around an hr. For 13.75 for both tracks. Yuck , we left. Big Chief next door is much faster, super quick lines and even restrooms. read more

Good time after riding the ducks. Kids had fun. Kids carts could of been a drop quicker but I understand the risk. Adult double carts where super fun and probably the perfect speed for the track. Rain made it a bit slick but it was good fun. read more

Do not recommend at all. They let people who just finished racing cut you and go again without notice. This is such unfair for those who are waiting in line and paid. I didn't know line cutters where a thing. Definitely do not recommend unless you like to be cut by the people who just finished driving. read more

The ride was bumpy and these ain' the fatest go karts in the world but it will be remembered as a hilarious moment, looking back on it that is. There were 4 of us racing each other, and it was the final race where we more or less all knew the limits of the cart. Basically it's hard to pass the person in front of you as they all go more or less the same speed. So we race line a stern for the majority of the race with me out front of course. The marshall waves a sign saying final lap and to pit next time round. I'm pretty sure it was very visible and we go flying round one more time. I know I am not going to be passed so I slow down to enter the pit lane. There are kids around after all...... Anyway, out of a movie like story, I make it just into the pit lane as the kart behind me clips the edge and with an almighty metal screeching sound comes to an immediate halt. As if to add insult to injury the next kart for some reason also doesn't slow down and wallops into the first stricken cart in another almighty screech. It didn't end there as the last of our group of 4 careened into the scene of the accident and the wreckage/carnage was complete. Thankfully no one was seriously hurt as they climbed shamefaced out of their karts. The poor staff had to push them away as they decided to stop working. Spectators/onlookers looked on in astonishment, including kids. It was embarassing to say the least. It was though looking back....so much fun - what can I say?! read more

What a poorly ran go cart facility! Employees don't give a crap, so leads me to believe owner does not either. Took my young two kids there recently for some fun, turned out to be more like a crash derby. A rider to be in his late 20's early 30's smashing people into wall, very dangerous. Employees don't enforce their own rules for safety. Should be a zero rating. Stay stay away! read more

My wife and kids loved the go carts. They aren't adult racing carts like at a K1 Speed or large corporate events place in chicago - but they also don't cost $10 a lap. If your kids are like 12 -14 or so - they will be all smiles and that will make you happy. read more

Honestly, the slowest go karts I've ever been on. The first one seemed like it was going to rattle apart. When I brought this up to the attendant, instead of evan an "I'm sorry" or "I'll let my mgr know to garage it", got "nothing we can do". I went here with my baseball team and karts weren't breaking causing team players to get hurt. Which we have a baseball tournament and we need all players. The workers there didn't check our seatbelts or anything and didn't even tell us anything. Do not come here this is just ridiculous. read more

My dad was in a terrible go cart accident there on 7-15-12. After we left the hospital, I looked up reviews. I wish I would have seen them before we went there. This place is very unsafe. Seatbelts were not checked, no one was out on track except a camera guy, my fiance spun out under the bridge, no one saw him or helped him so he had to get out of his cart to move himself. We were never given a one lap warning so when the exit came going around full speed, my dad and another cart had to try to squeeze through and my dad went from full speed to zero in a second catching the gaurd rail. He was jolted forward until the seatbelt stopped him. Although the seatbelt was so loose that he was like a ragdoll laying on his back. He ended up sliding so far forward that he was straddling the base of the steering column. After seeing the reviews of other incidences, this should have NEVER happened. Go carts were average but the staff was rude. Took two kids (7 years old) and had 3 adults. Bought the adult double seaters and did it twice. Had one more set of tickets but the kids wanted to do the jr track. The adult tickets were 1 dollar more but we figured they would let us use the adult one for the kids ticket because we would be the ones losing money. They said absolutely not. First off a little pricey it's $7 single or $8 for a double for a 5 minute ride. It is fun though. The cars are a step up from big chief and Mt Olympus, they're comfy and the work well. Except the brakes but who the h*ll uses those except those in last place. The course is nice and you can even drift around the hairpin corners. I rode in a double car and me and the boy dominated the course. Even though I pushed my daughter into someone else to pass them both. Tons of fun. No crashing but come on now rubbing is racing, am I right; yeah I know I'm right. I would go again and you should probably go too. read more

We wanted to do some go-karts and Adare was available for a discounted rate when we bought tickets for some other qualifying attractions, plus it was right next to Original Wisconsin Ducks, which we were going on anyway. The tickets were pretty reasonable - you get "2 5 minute rides" with each of the discounted adult tickets. However, the staff seemed pretty disinterested in customers and even though they explained the dual ride ticket to us, we were basically ushered out after one ride around one track (they have 2) and no one seemed to recall that we'd stated at the beginning that we got 2 rides each. We didn't push it though, since we were hungry and satisfied with the one ride we did get - plus the track was pretty rough and we were feeling a bit rattled. We had the same experience - After purchasing the "combo ticket", the staff (non english speaking) tried to tell our kids that they had gotten an extra amount of time on the first track and were not going to let them get their ride on the second one until my husband stepped in. (Must be their standard scam attempt...) Other than that, the track was OK, and the cars were fine. The kids had fun. read more

We did the combo ticket and they let us go extra long the first time, and then again a second time. We were the only ones there. Early morning on a Sunday must have worked well. This place has a discount on the $10 Dell's Fun card, which we got free with our hotel stay. read more

They are not fun. They won't let you have fun because they're always watching for riders bumping. Expensive knowing there's more fun at Fastest Go Karts (that is cheaper and the go karts go way faster!) just 100 ft away. Just don't wast your money like I did and buy two tracks just to save $2. read more

Okay for starters the cashier person asked if we want to ride for ten min for an additional fee in cash I said absolutely the ride only lasted 5 minutes.the guy on track tried telling me I Road for 10 then it blew up. I was very disappointed and feel like I got ripped off. My husband and son were in a 2-seater and I was in a 1-seater. When I "took off" from the start, my cart kept making a loud clunking sound and sounded like it was falling apart, and my husband was able to lap me because my cart was going so slow.
