I have had nothing but the very best of experiences when going in to browse, with Wayne, Thomas, Lisa and Kate all taking generous time with me on one visit or another. Did not have a good experience. I wanted to look at wedding bands to match my engagement ring. We went in and they seemed not in the mood to help. The young man asked what type of band I was looking for and I was pretty specific that I wanted some vintage, I absolutely did not want it to overwhelm my engagement ring--something daintier. I tried to show my engagement ring so they would have an idea. They brought out a bunch of rings that were exactly what I asked NOT to get--large bands that totally overwhelmed my engagement ring. Just a very underwhelming experience, it was clear that they were not interested in helping or listening to me. Luckily, had a far better experience at another jeweler that day. read more

Just stopped in with my college age daughter before having ice cream to browse. We were met by a super polite young man, Thomas, who let us look uninterrupted. We found a GREAT pair of triple pearl earrings (30% off) but left without them so that I could later surprise my daughter with them for Christmas. When I called Thomas to purchase the earrings, he continued to be polite and offered to both wrap and ship them. Great selection. Superior service and local. read more

Bad experience. I was shopping for ear rings for my Wife. The owner runs hot and cold. One day he was nice as could be but as soon as he found out that I had was shopping and not just there to buy he was not. He assumed I was going to buy a bracelet but I said I was pricing them out he did not return to help me. Nice ladies behind the counter but they are lorded over by the owner who sits behind a glass door as if he were the crown jewel in the store. I like to shop main streets but Adessi is not a place to browse! read more

I bought a wonderful diamond necklace from Wayne about 10 years ago, and have enjoyed it so much all these years! It was a very unique piece that only could be found at a special store like Addessi Jewelers. I moved to Ridgefield in 1983 and began shopping at Addessi's with Wayne's mom and dad. Now over 30 years later and not living there any longer I still shop with Wayne and his family.
