Fantastic tapas! Take a bite! Yum!!!

A fantastic and most amazing place. Very quaint and authentic tapas Spanish style. Love the atmosphere and prices are reasonable. Francisco is the best! I travel a lot and this place is on the top of my list.

What a gem! Came in here for some wine and tapas and it did not disappoint!! I am rarely in this area but well worth the out of the way trip. Food: ordered a glass of semi sweet and it was a little too sweet and was recommended another I loved and had 2 glasses of. Had the cheese and meat platter. Everything on there was managing and devoured. Great variety in cheese and meats everything was very fresh. Service: can not say enough how impressed I was by the service. Very attentive with refills and consistently making sure we were okay with noise levels from other tables. Gave great recommendations. Very professional! Great attention to detail. The owners were so welcoming and friendly! Chatted up the tables and customers. Even offered me a ginger snap cookie (my fav lol). Price: great value for what you get. Ambiance: They have an open kitchen layout behind the bar. There is amazing woodwork throughout making you feel like you are sitting in a cellar. Very classy yet warm and welcoming. Loved their Christmas decorations and amazing attention to detail. Down to the glasses with the locations name on them. It was a vibe Will be coming here again! Thank you so much for the experience!

I really wanted to share my love of tapas with some company in Queens and stumbled on this amazing establishment. It has an instant intimate vibe great for a date and/or catching up with friends. Food: 5/5 I will be honest and admit I ordered as much as I could for four people! I wanted this to be learning experience for my friends new to tapas and a great exploration for those seasoned souls. Out of everything we got these were my favorite: - Pulpo: So TENDER nicely seasoned with sliced potatoes. - Filet Mignon: Cooked to our preferences perfectly with asparagus and mash potatoes in a red wine reduction. Worth every dollar! - Plato De Carne Y Queso: A great platter for newbies and veterans! It had enough for my party of 4. All the food was great but these really stood out due to their technique. I was happy leaving the restaurant filled but, not bloated. Service: 5/5 I really couldn't ask for better service. They were very nice, made sure our water and wine glasses were filled, and willing to answer any questions about the dishes we ordered. It was a great experience. All in all, it was an amazing experience. The food and service were impeccable. They are very considerate of dietary restrictions and very helpful for newbies to wine and tapas. Excited to go back.

Best Wine and Tapas Bar in the entire NYC and just like it's name it's truly Addictive! Owners Francisco and Pat have done a marvelous job with this wine bar and not to forget Francisco is an actual Sommelier which is amazing, don't forget to ask him about his wine selection! There are over 15 wines by the glass and well over 200 bottles by the cellar. They also have live music so check out their website for more information. The interior and exterior décor is amazing and marvelous! There's so much detail and everything is put together and matched to perfection! You have to pay a visit and see it for yourself! We started off with an order of Ceviche Tacos, Camarones al Ajillo and Chorizo con Camarones with a bottle of our favorite Georgian Valleys 2019 Saperavi red wine! The tapas were prepared with love and perfection! They tasted fresh and amazing at the same time. Next we ordered another of our all time favorites, the Tabla de Carne y Queso platter which has various meats and cheeses paired with breads sticks, membrillo, marcona almonds, olives and grapes! Ordering this platter is a must each time, trust me you will love it! After your first visit you will see this wine and tapas bar is honestly Addictive!

Was a little disappointed after trying the different tapas. Wondering if it's an off night where the main chef was off. The food was only mediocre even though I saw some many Wonderful reviews for this place. So here is my take on the venue. Decor: 5 stars Really well thought out decor to match the tapas theme. One fo the lights/chandeliers was made out of wine glasses with a board of corks on top of it. Loved the decor here. Service: 5 stars From beginning to end, the service was excellent. We literally came in at 6:58pm, looked at the scanned menu at 6:59pm and asked if we can still order a couple items from the happy hour menu which ends at 7pm. It wasn't a problem at all. The sever was very attention throughout the dinner. Changed our plates to clean ones cause of tomato sauce. Food: 2.5 starts This was a little disappointing. We ordered the meatballs which was yummy, the spicy hummus which was drowned in oil and had way to many pepper flakes in it. I couldn't stand it and the pita bread was only so so and over toasted. The shrimp with garlic was only ok. My husband kept complaining that it was too liquidy and didn't have much taste. The octopus (pulpo) was probably the most disappointing dish of the night. Zero taste and the amount of dill was an overkill. My husband drowned it in salt and pepper. Two pieces of the sliced potatoes were black (maybe over cooked) and placed at the bottom of the setting. Happy hour is from 4pm to 7pm on weekdays. Hope it was an off day today so don't want to rule that out.

Pasta Bolognes - DELICIOUS fresh made pasta with the most flavorful bolognese!

Welcoming both inside and out! The interior is beautiful, but it was a lovely evening and they had a fantastic outdoor space. Covered and cozy with great lighting and safe spacing. The food and service were both incredible. Our waiter was attentive and helped us pick a delicious bottle of red for our meal. We started with the spicy hummus that came with the fluffiest, warm pita bread! We shared the chorizo al vino and the pasta bolognese. I didn't love the crostini, but I think I also learned that I don't love chorizo on its own. The pasta was DELICIOUS! It was fresh, homemade pasta and the sauce was flavorful. I wish we got two! We rounded out dinner with a delightful cream brûlée that came with fresh berries. A great night out and we even popped over to their sister wine store across the street afterwards!

Looking for a cute date night idea? or a girls night out.. Addictive is the place to go! This gem is one of my favorite restaurants in Jackson Heights, the ambiance is awesome, the servers are so nice and their food/ wine is great. TIP: their wine store is right across, so you can grab your favorite bottle of wine to go! They have such a great assortment of food on their menu, and everything is absolutely delicious. My favorite dishes: Tabla de Carne y Queso Chorizo Con Camarones Chorizo Al Vino Carmarones Al Ajillo Crème brûlée (SOO good) If you haven't been, I highly recommend. If you have been there before, you have good taste ;)

I'm not the biggest fan of tapas but this place has a good selection of wine. I recommend getting the Tempranillo. It's a semi dry wine with hints of vanilla and more fruit forward. For a Saturday night, it was very busy. The neighborhood must be starved for a decent wine bar. There were constantly new people coming in despot the place being full. There was live music that helped tone the ambience. The decor was rustic and typical of a wine bar. Food-wise it was just okay. I'll be real... I think you get a better bang for your buck if you didn't do tapas. For me, the taste has to really hit it out of the park to impress me. Overall would come back for wine. Cheers

Visited this place on a Wednesday during their happy hour and had a great time. Staff was courteous and friendly. We ordered 2 flights of wine (loved the Dornfelder red - highly recommend it). For tapas we ordered from both the happy hour and dinner menu; - addictive hummus served with pita bread; it comes with 3 spreads all of which are amazing - quiche de espinaca - albondigas (meatballs) - caprese salad - meat and cheese board For desserts we got tiramisu and flourless chocolate cake - both were awesome. Highly recommend the place. Definitely worth a visit.

Ahhh what an experience. This is a gem in this area. The food portions are perfect. The sangria and wines are fantastic! They chose some good selections for the flights of wines and will take your tastes into consideration. We had various plates for happy hour and it was surprisingly affordable!

The drinks were on point and the food was delicious! Their menu is more finger foods and decent bites if you plan to drink. I would like to see 1 or 2 more food menu items added but everything we had was very very good. We had the sampler and it was perfect for us. The DJ was everything! The music was so good. Old school early 2000's hip hop and r&b. But I hear on any given night, the music goes to the vibe of the crowd. The service was fantastic. We had everything we needed and the wait staff was attentive. I will absolutely be coming back here! They have great happy hour during the weekdays and a brunch I want to check out. 10/10 so far.

It was obvious that my food had been simply thrown into a microwave. The couscous although hot it was overcooked and mushy. The chicken was warm on the bottom but extremely cold as I cut into it. The Short Rib dish had the same problem. The pasta was steamy hot but the rib was cold. I really don't have a problem eating cold beef, but I can't eat cold chicken. I would have sent my dish back however it was obvious that they weren't going to make a new dish I felt they would have just nuked it longer. While deciding where to go one day, this was suggested and im so glad I went. The restaurant is cozy with tables inside the main dining room and in an enclosed outdoor seating area. Im guessing it opens in the summer. I sat down with my niece while waiting for my sister and for a good 5-7 minutes, no one stopped by and gave a menu nor offered water. Finally after about 3 people walked by not saying anything, someone came. The area is not that big and 7 minutes isnt that long but to sit there any not be addressed by all the staff walking by was annoying. Finally my sister came and we were offered water and a menu. After hearing about the specials and asking for recommendations, we settled on the gnocchi (housemade potato gnocchi, burrata, peas, pesto sauce, toasted pine nuts), Pappardelle alla Bolognese (housemade ribbon pasta, meat sauce), and side of sautéed spinach. The food arrived and we were pleasantly delightful by the main. The gnocchi was so soft and creamy, the sauce was delicious. Im not a fan of gnocchi but this was so good. The papardelle was my meal and it was also so good. There was a lot of pasta and a good amount of meat sauce. It was also delicious. The spinach on the other hand was bland. It has no flavor and we had to add some salt. A few times we tried to call someone over to our table but felt like no one was paying attention. When we were done with our meals, my sister had a few pieces of gnocchi left. She asked for a box as it was to be my nieces lunch for tomorrow. I then said, can you also box up the spinach. A few minutes later, the server dropped off a bag with one container and said here's the spinach. We tried to call his attention but he was already walking away. Where was the gnocchi. Finally when we came back, we asked about it and he said oh I thought it was garbage. I said no we asked for it to be boxed. He said let me talk to the kitchen. He came back and said sorry, they cant do anything but one dessert will be on me. I guess thats fine but we more wanted the food for the baby. For dessert we ordered a tiramisu and pistachio gelato. The tiramisu was in a jar as opposed to a cake slice. One bite of the ice cream and I knew it was bad. It was grainy and sandy texture. I looked up why that would be and one reason stated it could be improper storage, like it was unfrozen or melted then refrozen. I wasn't chancing that. I told the server and said I couldn't eat it. He offered another dessert but I said know, then offered a limoncello shot. While I appreciate the offer, we weren't drinking before so that wasn't the best option to offer. I just said im fine without a replacement. When we got the bill, the dessert was taken off like he said he would. We paid and left. Overall the main course/pasta meals were delicious. The sides and desserts could use work. Service was alright. Id definitely come back for the food and to try some of the pizza.

I hate to say it but as good as the steak was, the roasted potatoes was the star of show. The potatoes were amazing. Pappardelle alla Bolognese- housemade ribbon pasta, meat sauce. This was good but came off a bit plain. The pasta was homemade but it was almost to a fault since the pasta came out too soft. The flavors were good but I felt this would have been a better, reheated the next day kind of dish.

The place was crowded as anticipated but I was seated towards the window seat which gives you the street views. The patron next to me has the Corned beef and cabbage. They said it was splendid! I opted to try the Corned beef and cabbage sandwich served on amazing toasted bread. The dish came with fries , they were not over salted - loved them . A Jack Jones red ale beer hit the spot with this delicious sandwich. Dessert is a must here , and I highly suggest the Apple Cake. It is so spongy and sweet . Yummy overload ! The place is rather small inside, but managed well. Parking can be a slight challenge, but there's meter parking and street parking. Great service, a great time and a wonderful addition to Ditmars Boulevard.
