I had to pay a $500 non refundable pet fee, yet my pet has to be exposed to water leaking through the roof? They never cleaned my carpet, which they said would happen. Maintenance is a joke here. Last week my refrigerator died causing me to lose $20 worth of meat. They refuse to reimburse me and told me to use my renters insurance, which I would have to pay a deductible on, because they aren't liable. How are you not when it is your old fridge that caused the problem? This place is ran by people who refuse to take responsibility for the upkeep of the apartments!!
