We tried Adega Gaucha for the first time and had a good experience overall. The quality of the meat was very good, and the servers were friendly and attentive. They kept the table well supplied and checked in often without being overbearing. The only issue we had was with the chicken hearts. We specifically asked for them without garlic, but they still came out covered in a lot of garlic, so we couldn't really enjoy them. It wasn't a huge deal, but it was disappointing since we made the request in advance. Price-wise, it's about the same as Fogo de Chão. The food was good, but I don't think the overall selection is quite as extensive as what Fogo offers, especially when it comes to the variety at the market table and other extras. Overall, I'd come back for the quality of the meat and the service, but I'd like to see a little more attention to special requests and a broader selection to match the price. read more

Walked in during my 30th birthday, host was seemingly nice as normally they require reservations valentines weekend but she filled us 4 with a cancelled party of 6. Once we sat down, the games were on because of the busy weekend the waiter pretty much demanded we do the all-inclusive meats, making the made to order food sound like an option until we ordered. We go ahead and make this selection. Meats are coming around and we noticed they only bring the parm steak, sirloin, lamb, overall cheap meets over, repeating coming to our table with only these options 4-5 times. What was suppose to be 30th birthday out of town celebration turned into a hood-wink 360 dollars for mediocre meats for 4. The waiter also disappeared for long periods of time, a couple times I caught him and other staff discussion workplace drama & customers. Next time just go to long horn or a cheap steak house, you'll receive the same quality without the sticker shock. Also mentioned it was my birthday and when I mentioned a desert the waiter rolls his eyes at me, dad demanded for the check at that point and pulled out fat wad of cause as it was our first night of vacation, and the rudeness completely melted away. We visited Adega Gaucha for lunch today as I saw they had paella. I guess I misunderstood and thought it was a paella lunch buffet. It was a small part of their Saturday all you can eat options. We had the executive lunch with Pork sausage, tender chicken legs, grilled cinnamon pineapple, and unforgettable cheese with guava. We were only offered the paella, chicken legs and pineapple. We did not see any sausage or cheese with guava. I would have loved to try those but trust me, you will not go hungry. Their selection of salads, charcuterie, hot dishes, fresh fruits, lobster bisque and vegetables was plentiful and quite delicious. The chicken legs and pineapple were so good. The seafood paella had a deep flavor and served from a cart table side. The service was friendly and efficient. The place was a bit noisy as we had some families with little children around us but we are Italians and used to it! Our lunch was $26 pp and I'm confident we could have eaten much more without issue. We each had a white sangria. With tax and tip it was $100 even. Well worth it! read more

Adega Gaucha was the perfect place to celebrate my husband's bday. They are open for lunch during the week and his bday was on a Thursday. They give a free birthday full churrasco experience on birthdays, along with a choice of dessert. They sing happy birthday In Portuguese which is fun and different. Their service is impeccable. Perfect, fun, and engaging and reliable with above and beyond customer service. Luana and Lucas, and the rest of the gauchos were amazing. There's so many sides and you can try them all. Faves were the Brazilian bums, fried polenta, corn creme brûlée, and guava and cheese which was the biggest surprise. They have beef, pork, chicken, & grilled pineapple. The grilled pineapple was the best!! And the home picanha steak were my faves! They have a hot and cold bar. It has different rice and grains, beans, & lobster bisque soup. Cold bar is the salad bar with different salads, dips, fruit, charcuterie. So many dessert options and we chose the creme brûlée and def ask for guava sauce on the side bc seriously it's life changing. My first Brazilian steakhouse experience! We went for Sunday brunch and it was reasonably priced. $50 for unlimited meat cuts, sides and the salad bar! I ordered a cocktail and would skip the cocktails next time because the food is what's worth it. They started you off with Brazilian cheese bread which was incredible. Then we got to choose 5 sides for the table. The mushrooms and Brussels sprouts were the best sides. They came out with so many different kinds of meat and they were all great. Tried out this place for happy hour. When we walked in the decor was beautiful. A large restaurant that's well done. They have a large and well stocked wine cellar. The salad bar looked amazing, but we didn't try it. We sat at the bar and had the happy hour drinks, bartender was great and I loved the traditional Brazilian cocktail caipirinha as well as the mojitos. They only have 3 drinks and 3 appetizers on the happy hour menu. They do have a much larger bar menu. They brought out some cheese bread and it was dry and not good. Usually the cheese bread is amazing at a Brazilian steak house.. They also brought us some croquettes and none of us liked them at all. I gave a 3 because the two food items we tried we didn't like. My wife opted for the salad bar ayce which still came with pork sausage and grilled chicken drumsticks. It was only $29. My son had a delicious surf and turf, filet mignon and lobster tail for $58. It was a special occasion and everything was worth it. The size of the filet was generous. I would say 10+ ounces. The taste was great and it was cooked to spec (medium rare). The Brazilian bbq meats were delicious especially the buttered hanger steak and the filet mignon. Also good were the ribeye and sirloin. One complaint was the pina colada which we ordered virgin but had quite a bit of alcohol in it. Luckily I didn't give it to my kid. They replaced it for free and apologized. There waa a bit of a language barrier communicating with our main waitress. She was very nice though. The chicken drumsticks were way too salty but cooked well. We visited adega gauche on a Sunday evening. We were seated immediately, and the staff explained to us how it worked. This place has pretty standard Brazilian steakhouse fare: salad bar, a few appetizers, and then a whole lot of meats that are carved tableside. The salad bar was a little underwhelming for my taste. It looked very pretty, but it didn't actually have the fixings I would want to make a salad, and the cooked vegetables that were on there were all under seasoned. The meats that were brought to our table were all pretty good. The lamb was definitely my favorite, but the filet was really good too! We noticed that they didn't seem to have any sausage. We asked for some, but after 20 minutes it seemed clear that it wasn't coming. For our sides, we got the mashed potatoes, fried yucca, and Brussels sprouts. The mashed potatoes were nice and silky, and the yucca was crispy. The Brussels sprouts were really underdone though, so I definitely wouldn't order those again. Their pineapple and cinnamon skewer was really good though. Overall, I'm not sure if I'd go back to Adega Gaucha. It's definitely a pretty restaurant and everyone working there was very nice, but I think that other chains have a nicer salad bar, and I was a little disappointed that they didn't have all the meats that were advertised. We were served complimentary Brazillian Cheese bread and they were very delicious - served warm. We were informed the Picanha would be a few minutes extra and I was ok with that if its anything like the Picanha served in the churrasco sadly it was not. It was very disappointing and felt like it was another piece of NY Strip steak. The Entree was served with the Picanha was black beans, rice and Yucca Fries. For the price of the lunch entree and the disappoint of the meat I would of paid the extra to have the churrasco with a lot more meat selections along wth the hot/cold buffet available. Really love this place! We've been here twice now for brunch after discovering it about 2 months ago. It's much closer to where we live in Horizon West than the others on I-Drive so we gave it a chance. So glad we did! Everyone working there is very nice and the food is fresh and very good. I love that they have multiple side options to choose from. My favorite is the corn brûlée but the mushrooms are good too. My favorite items that are brought around have to be the Parmesan steak, the grilled pineapple, and the griddled cheese w/guava sauce. On the salad bar the octopus carpaccio is a must try. I don't know how this place has almost 5 stars. My family and I came here to celebrate my grandmothers 89th birthday. We were a party of 12. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! Our waitress never checked on us and my grandmother NEVER Got her food as she had ordered from the menu instead of doing the unlimited meats/buffet. Everyone was done eating by the time her food came out. The manager even came over and said he would check on it. We never saw him again. 3 other people ended up helping to serve our table and it was just a mess. Our main waitress gave more attention to the table next to us than making sure my granny had a meal. And the salad bar is so mediocre compared to other steakhouses like this. Meats also lack seasoning. I would not recommend this place and definitely wouldn't go back. The experience was horrible. Had to wait 18 minutes to get water before drinks, our sides came after asking for three times and at the end of the meal. Guys walked past numerous times with meats and skipped our table. Ask for pineapple three time including asking manager who attempted with no success. Here for a business meeting at the Omni resort and was craving for some Brazilian churassco. This was the closest one and oh boy, this is a legit place. They just opened a month ago and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The front of the house greeted us with a warm smile and all the servers were very attentive and professional. They really took good care of us. But the star of the night was the meat offerings. Everything was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. We've been to the Orlando location many times, so when we heard they opened in Kissimmee, we had to check it out! As always, Adega Gaúcha delivers amazing service. Roger was our server today, and he was fantastic! The Gauchos were also on point, making sure we got exactly the meats we wanted. The quality of the meats here is top-notch, and their buffet is just as good. I love that they offer authentic traditional dishes like torresmo and feijoada :) On Sundays, they roll out a paella cart, which I thought was super cool. What an amazing experience. Went to our Valentine's Day/ anniversary date on a Saturday at 5:30pm. I made reservations just to be safe. We were welcomed and sat down quickly. Waitress came over right away and presented our options. We chose the experience which was a an abundance of meats continuously brought to the table and all the sides we can think of lol so much food. So many options. The highlight though was our drinks. The coconut caipirinha was phenomenal. Food was flavorful and delicious. It is a lot of food so I am glad we went early. If you like to eat this place is for you. Our waitress brought a complimentary dessert. The only drawback back is that it got so busy our checks took a bit longer. We stayed talking for that added an extra 15-20 of us just sitting there. I recently dined at the new location of Adega Gaucha in Kissimmee for my birthday and had a wonderful experience! I always love a good Brazilian restaurant. I'm not huge on steak but I like Adega Gaucha because there's a wide variety of food to choose from, the options are endless so there's a little something for everyone. If you're a vegetarian you can just choose items off of the cold/salad bar. All the salads are fresh, delicious, and plentiful. On the salad bar you obviously find salads but also fruit, vegetables, an assortment of cheeses, nuts, shrimp, salmo, bread, dips and dressings. I could get full just from the salad bar alone. There's also a hot bar where you will find black beans, rice, soup, greens, warm bread (was so delicious), and potato gratin. We haven't even gotten to the meat yet. If you get the full experience you not only get the salad bar, hot bar, but also additional hot sides are brought to your table as well as of course the meat! There are ample sides to choose from like macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, cream spinach, french fries, corn Brûlée, sautéed mushrooms, roasted brussels sprouts bacon, caramelized bananas, fried yucca, and fried polenta. Bread is also brought to the table. Now on to the meat! There's a nice selection of chicken, lamb, all cuts of beef that include sirloin, beef ribs, ribeye, tenderloin, and more. There's also pork sausage, parmesan pork. You can even order fish, shrimp and other steak. You must also try the grilled cheese and the grilled pineapple, delicious! If you don't find anything here that you like then I don't you will find it anywhere else. There are 2 Adega Gaucha locations. I have been to both and will post 2 separate reviews. This review is about the location in Kissimmee off of W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. This is the newer location. It's absolutely beautiful. This restaurant is spacious with hard wood floors without. Ample dining area and ample parking. It's kinda located off the beaten path but well worth the drive. The ambience and decor are warm, inviting, and cozy. Gives a sophisticated and modern type of vibe. Service was good. Our waiter was not overwhelming and mainly let the gauchos and food runners handle our food requests. My experience ended with an amazing dessert the Petit Gateau which was a warm chocolate lava cake served with vanilla ice cream. So delicious!!
