Loved the food especially the baked empanadas. We ordered four different types, and the Bianca was the clear winner for us. We also had the milanesa a caballo with eggs on top; the only recommendation would be to ask how you'd like your eggs cooked. The service was great very attentive and fast. Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon about 1pm as a 5 without a reservation. Plenty of parking available. The restaurant was casual and busy with dining crowd and take aways. We needed to wait about 5 minutes to have table cleaned and reset. Menu had lots of great options but the lunch menu (entree, side and drink) had some favorites at a great price. Was craving some Argentinian grilled meats after seeing a TikTok and decided to check out Alma's. The location is pretty easy to spot and has plenty of parking! Inside, there is also plenty of seating. We were told to go ahead and pick a table since there wasn't many people in the restaurant. We decided to order via QR code but the server also came by in case we had questions or in case we wanted her to take the order for us. We went with the Parrilladas medium to share and their three empanada combo (ham and cheese, pizza, and chicken and cheese flavor). We were served with complimentary bread and some chimichurri while waiting. The food did not take long to arrive. I did not have the empanadas personally as I had a craving for their grilled meat but from the looks of it, the empanadas were filled well and tasted delicious! Now for the grilled meats, depending on what size you get, you will get more or less of certain cuts. We got our medium rare and came out perfectly. The meats were juicy, only complaint is that the flap meat was a little tough to cut and chew. I've been a few times and have always had a wonderful experience! Even the one time they made a mistake they quickly credited me for a future visit and were so prompt and kind on the phone. We moved here from Miami and are used to great Argentinian Asados... 2nd time here at Alma. First time great service by a lovely Colombian young lady. Now also with Nacho. Dining room is airy with natural light and very high ceilings. Ordered our usual Torrontes white wine; delightful. The Empanadas (we have them fried) all are spectaculars, as well as the Molleja. The chorizo is OK. However, Ensalada Rusa is bland, almost tasteless. The Milanesas and the Entraña are both excellent, as well as the Salad and the fries. First time visit to Alma Argentina a week ago for late lunch. We ordered two appetizers to share among three of us: Provoleta ($15), which is a small skillet of mild tasting cheese and 2 Chorizo's ($11). The Chorizo had a natural snappy casing and the flavor was nice and not too spicy. For our meals, we each ordered a Chicken Milanesa ($19.85). Two of us ordered Four Cheese and one ordered it Napolitana. Two of us ordered Caprese Salad as side dish and one of us ordered Potato Salad. The Milanesa is two flattened fried chicken breasts. The Napolitana has cheese and a marinara sauce which was nice. The Four cheese did not have a sauce which would have been nicer as it was a bit dry. The Caprese Salad was fresh and plentiful. The Potato Salad was quite bland and not something I would get again. They also served a basket of soft dinner rolls that were so very good. Drinks were bottled beverages and they offered a selection of beers and wines. I think that next time we visit or order take out, we will try a selection of their Empanadas. Was working in Celebration two weeks and realized they had a lunch special. I was quickly seated, and only one other diner was there during my quick lunch. My server was Mel D, who was great at taking my order and getting everything to me quickly. I ordered the Milanese lunch special, which includes a soda/tea ($12) with caprese salad as the side ($1.6 extra). The meat was tasty, and the caprese salad was perfect. We started with some Provoletta and Morcilla (amazing combo too) we had an assortment of empanadas, all incredible, particularly the classic, ossobuco, Alma, and creamy chicken. Took my Wife to their Oviedo location and sad to say that their corn empanadas were not like the ones they make in Argentina...for one, you do not add Velveeta type of cheese!, they should not have green and red bell peppers...only red. The lack of a white sauce makes these bad to taste! The onion empanadas were overly sweet! The Alma empanadas were too salty and again green and red bell peppers!!! Another location of Alma Argentina has opened, this time in Celebration. Since I work near there, we tried their lunch special. My friend, who loves Argentinian food, got the Choripan, which is a mild sausage sandwich. I chose the two Empanadas and selected the Classic Beef and Creamy Chicken. I could get them baked or fried and I chose baked. The kitchen accidentally made them fried but I liked them so much I said it was fine. The outsides were very crispy and the fillings tasted very good. The Creamy Chicken really had an amazing flavor so I would definitely get that one again. The Classic Beef was a bit greasy but was delicious nonetheless. The side salad I picked was huge with lots of crunchy salad leaves, tomatoes and shredded cheese on top with a vinaigrette. I also got an Alfajor cookie for dessert (shortbread filled with dulce de leche and then edged with coconut) that was so yummy I didn't even get a picture of it.
