Worst shop ever do not take your car there trust me they have ruined many people's cars including mines had to take it back like 7 times for the same parts they will use rebuilt parts instead of new to save money and improperly diagnose cars. Real peace of work this place is the absolute worst. took my car in to be repaired it came out worse and would have went in I would not recommend this place to anyone I took them to court through them and instead of and pay me that's how much they suck normally do they suck they move avoid paying me my money but that's okay as long as you have a business license I will find you. read more

These people are so wrong I took my car in the other day tried ripping me off for $4,000 took it to another mechanic cost me $110 to fix it will never go back there nothing but rip offs. I even called the repair shop about the missing parts and fluid the owner never called me back so Now looking into legal charges against them. read more

On my way through the Cajon Pass my 2004 Honda Element was on it's last leg. I randomly found Adelanto Auto Repair. These guys worked diligently on my car until the issue was solved. They honestly cared about getting me back on the road home again. They even worked beyond their scheduled hours to make sure I didn't get stranded. They also charged me a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys. They are as honest, caring, and diligent as they come! They will get you on our way again for sure. Our alternator took a dump on our way to Death Valley. Still in cell phone range, we looked up this place and gave them a call. Esther told me to come on in and they took care of us from that moment on. This place is very clean and professional. The waiting room was roomy and comfortable---with plenty of ice cold Sparklett's water to drink. My Jeep was diagnosed and found the alternator was the only problem. I don't usually leave comments per say like this, but the owner Eli has an awful idea on what customer service is. He's had my car numerous times on and off for the past year, always returning the car with the same engine issue. He has not been honest and has not honored my engine warranty. He says he will call, he doesn't we call and no update go up there and the car is still running the same as I left it weeks ago. I take it home and he says bring it back next Monday.. and so on and the same thing each time. I have receipts for work done on it previously when the engine problem occurred the car has not ran the same. I've paid money for an issue that has not been fixed by Eli. He suggests it's not the engine yet fails to examine the car further to see the issue that was originally paid for instead of putting my car on the back burner and racking up customers. This is wrong morally and ethically I wouldn't recommend this place what so ever! Not even to the person I hate most. It's a waste of time. I've been without my car for over a year it's been taken to and from my house to his shop and the same issue has not been resolved. He states the ones for the warranty won't come out to check the engine. He has no solution for me, I have made complaints, contacted above him as a business. He has been no help in returning my car to my family and I in a safe manner. read more

Our car was overheating and running a little rough as we were driving through the desert. A person we met in town recommended Adelanto. Paul and his team were professional, friendly and quick. They caught an issue with our radiator that would have otherwise left us stranded in the desert. That fix and a tune up got us back on the road. They were also affordable.
